研究目的：

（1）探讨基于子午流注理论枳实通腑膏穴位贴敷对慢性功能性便秘患者的安全性和有效性 （2）探讨将中医时间医学理论应用于便秘的治疗，对疗效产生的影响。 （3）为慢性功能性便秘患者提供有效的治疗手段

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the safety and effectiveness of Zhishitongfu ointment acupoint application based on the meridian flow theory for patients with chronic functional constipation (2) To explore the effect of applying TCM chronology theory to the treatment of constipation. (3) To provide effective treatment for patients with chronic functional constipation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~80岁； （2）符合上述西医及中医诊断标准； （3）患者或其家属自愿参加此课题并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18~80 years old; (2) meeting the above diagnostic criteria for Western medicine and Chinese medicine; (3) Patients or their family members voluntarily participate in the subject and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）各种药物引起的便秘； （2）器质性疾病相关因素引起的便秘； （3）因嗜酒、药物滥用或精神因素导致依从性差； （4）近1年有腹部手术史或腹部皮肤有破损 （5）长期滥用泻药； （6）存在沟通、 认识功能障碍； （7）生活不能自理 （8）合并全身其他严重疾病， 需要紧急治疗

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Constipation caused by various drugs; (2) Constipation caused by organic disease related factors; (3) Inability to comply due to alcohol drug abuse or mental factors; (4) Have a history of abdominal surgery or abdominal skin damage in the past 1 year (5) long-term abuse of laxatives; (6) Communication and cognitive dysfunction; (7) can not take care of themselves (8) Combined with other serious diseases of the whole body requiring emergency treatment

Oral lactulose: 15 ml per dose twice daily; placebo acupoint application at Shenque(CV8) Tianshu(ST25) and Daheng(SP15) from 5-7 a.m. 4 hours per session once daily with a 7-day course to be repeated for four consecutive courses.
