研究目的：

拟通过针灸治疗对比经肛门灌肠治疗直肠低位前切除综合征方案，验证针灸对LARS相关症状、LARS评分的改善，对生存质量影响。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the efficacy of acupuncture therapy versus transanal irrigation in the treatment of Low Anterior Resection Syndrome (LARS). The primary goal is to validate the improvement of LARS-related symptoms and LARS scores through acupuncture intervention as well as to evaluate its impact on patients' quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥18岁，<75岁；无论性别。；2、接受过直肠癌低位前切除根治手术，术式为保留肛门手术，术后2周病情基本恢复，无肠瘘、感染，无肿瘤遗留；3、符合LARS诊断标准的患者（LARS评分>20分）；4、具备基本的沟通和理解能力，以及参与检查和配合治疗的能力，能签署知情同意书，完成全程试验；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: Aged ≥18 years and <75 years, regardless of gender. 2.Surgical History: Patients who have undergone low anterior resection for rectal cancer with sphincter-preserving surgery. Postoperative recovery should be stable within 2 weeks, with no anastomotic leaks, infections, or residual tumor. 3.LARS Diagnosis: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Low Anterior Resection Syndrome (LARS), with a LARS score >20. 4.Communication and Compliance: Patients must possess basic communication and comprehension abilities, be capable of participating in examinations and cooperating with treatment, and able to sign the informed consent form and complete the entire study.

排除标准：

1、未根治性切除、吻合口、侧切缘及其他组织器官肿瘤遗留;2、因术前肛门括约肌损伤、肛门畸形、炎症性肠病或其他疾病导致肛门直肠功能障碍的患者；3、有痔疮等肛门病变灌肠禁忌症者4、皮肤感染、溃疡等针灸禁忌症，针灸恐惧症患者；5、严重心律失常、患有危及生命的心脏、肺部或其他系统性疾病的患者，6、ECOG-PS(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status)评分>2分；7、抗凝治疗并INR需维持>2.0者，凝血功能严重异常者；8、有精神疾病和沟通问题的患者无法准确完成随访评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with non-curative resection, residual tumors at the anastomotic site, lateral margins, or other tissues/organs. 2. Patients with anorectal dysfunction caused by preoperative damage to the anal sphincter, anorectal malformations, inflammatory bowel disease, or other disorders. 3. Patients with contraindications for enema, such as hemorrhoids or other anorectal diseases. 4. Patients with contraindications for acupuncture, such as skin infections, ulcers, or fear of acupuncture. 5. Patients with severe arrhythmias, or those suffering from life-threatening cardiac, pulmonary, or other systemic diseases. 6. Patients with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status (PS) score > 2. 7. Patients on anticoagulant therapy with an International Normalized Ratio (INR) > 2.0, or those with severe coagulation abnormalities. 8. Patients with psychiatric disorders or communication problems that may affect their ability to complete follow-up assessments accurately.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和记录由一线研究实施者和数据负责人共同完成。将相关信息记录在病例记录表中。并整理成excel电子文档，传输至数据管理者，同一保管。并通过ResMan网络平台存储、管理数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and documentation will be jointly conducted by the frontline research implementers and the data manager. Relevant information will be recorded in the Case Report Forms (CRFs) and subsequently organized into an Excel spreadsheet. The electronic data will then be transferred to the data manager for centralized storage and management. Additionally all data will be stored and managed through the ResMan online platform to ensure secure and systematic handling.
