研究目的：

1.总结脑干梗死患者的中医证候特征，为中医证候规范化及穴位处方学研究提供参考依据。 2.观察浅刺针法治疗脑干梗死的临床疗效，为临床实践提供循证医学证据。 3.探究针刺治疗脑干梗死的脑功能网络机制，为临床应用提供科学理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1.To summarize the characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with brainstem infarction and to provide reference for the standardization of TCM syndromes. 2.To observe the clinical efficacy of shallow acupuncture in the treatment of brainstem infarction and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice. 3.To explore the brain function network mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of brainstem infarction and to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合《缺血性卒中基层诊疗指南（2021年）》及《中国缺血性卒中和短暂性脑缺血发作二级预防指南 2022》中脑梗死的诊断，并且经头颅MRI检查后最终确诊为脑干梗死。 （2）无性别限制，年龄范围为30~80岁，首次发病且病程在6个月内； （3）患者病情基本稳定，无意识障碍，认知功能正常； （4）自愿签署知情同意书； （5）现未处于其他临床研究之中。

Inclusion criteria

1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction and confirmed by brain MRI examination for brainstem infarction 2.The age range was 30-80 years old. The first onset of the disease and the course of the disease were within 6 months 3.The patient 's condition was basically stable with unconscious disorder and normal cognitive function 4.Signing informed consent 5.It is not currently in other clinical studies

排除标准：

（1）有脑干以外部位新发梗死灶者； （2）妊娠期女性，恶性肿瘤晚期，既往脑部手术，既往癫痫、脑肿瘤等其他中枢神经系统疾病史等； （3）存在精神障碍，严重心、肺、肝、肾功能损伤，严重凝血功能障碍，病情危重或生命体征不稳定者； （4）因取穴皮肤处有破损不宜施针及不能配合完成检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with acute cerebral infarction other parts other than the brainstem 2.Pregnant women advanced malignant tumors previous brain surgery previous history of epilepsy brain tumors and other central nervous system diseases 3.Patients with mental disorders severe heart lung liver and kidney function damage severe coagulation dysfunction critical illness or unstable vital signs 4.Patients who could not complete acupuncture treatment
