研究目的：

为进一步推广应用安胃汤治疗慢性胃炎寒热错杂证，特开展本课题研究，多医院合作开展临床研究观察，为安胃汤的应用向基层和院外使用总结数据和经验

Objectives of Study：

In order to further promote the application of Anstomach soup in the treatment of chronic gastritis cold and heat mixed syndrome this research is specially carried out and multiple hospitals cooperate to carry out clinical research and observation which summarizes the application of Anstomach soup to the grass-roots level and out of the hospital

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

西医入选标准： 西医诊断标准：选取确诊慢性胃炎患者120例，全部病例的诊断均参照中华中医药医学会《慢性胃炎中医诊疗专家共识意见（2017）》 （1）症状：上腹部疼痛（无规律性，性质为上腹部的灼痛、隐痛或者胀痛），腹胀，恶心，反酸，食欲不振。 (2)内镜诊断：浅表性胃炎：点状、条状或片状红斑、黏膜粗糙不平、水肿或渗出，出血点或斑。萎缩性胃炎：黏膜呈现红白相间（白相为主），呈颗粒状或结节样；黏膜皱襞变平或者消失；其血管显露。 （3）病理诊断：固有腺体的萎缩（萎缩性胃炎）， 否则为非萎缩性胃炎。 2. 中医入选标准 中医慢性胃炎寒热错杂证入选标准参考2005年《中医临床诊疗指南》制定。 （1）主要症状：胃痛。 （2）次要症状：腹胀、口干、口苦或口淡、纳差、大便溏烂。 （3）舌脉象：舌苔黄腻或黄厚，脉弦。 3. 纳入标准 ①患者年龄20~70岁；②符合以上西医诊断标准及中医辨证分型标准；③患者自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书；④患者经14C 尿素呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for Western medicine: Diagnostic criteria for Western medicine: 120 patients with confirmed chronic gastritis were selected and the diagnosis of all cases was referred to the Expert Consensus of Chronic gastritis (2017) of the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms: epigastric pain (irregular burning dull or painful in the upper abdomen) abdominal distension nausea acid reflux loss of appetite. Endoscopic diagnosis: superficial gastritis: punctate strip or sheet erythema rough mucosa edema or exudation bleeding spots or spots. Atrophic gastritis: the mucosa is red and white (mainly white) granular or nodular; the mucosa is flattened or disappeared; its blood vessels are exposed. (3) Pathological diagnosis: atrophy of the native glands (atrophic gastritis) otherwise it is non-atrophic gastritis. 2. Selection criteria for TCM The selection criteria for cold and heat mixed syndrome of TCM chronic gastritis were formulated with reference to the Clinical Diagnosis and Treat

排除标准：

排除标准 ①不服从医嘱者；②已接受其他有关治疗者；③合并有心脑肝肾等脏器严重疾病者；④患有严重消化系统疾病，如消化道出血、胃穿孔者；⑤精神疾病患者及妊娠期、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria ① non-compliance; ② has received other related treatment; ③ with serious diseases of heart brain liver kidney and other organs; ④ with severe digestive diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding and gastric perforation; ⑤ patients with mental illness and women during pregnancy and lactation.
