研究目的：

通过单臂试验研究，评估三伏贴治疗癌性疲乏的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

The clinical efficacy of sanFu was evaluated in the treatment of cancer fatigue.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本项目采用单臂试验研究。患者入组后接受三伏贴治疗2个月： 药物组成及制备：将炒芥子、王不留行、甘遂、细辛、半夏、黄芩、肉桂按 3︰5︰3︰3︰3︰1比例混合后研为细末，过 80 目筛，用姜汁调和，制成直径为 2 cm 的药饼(约含生药 5 g)，分别贴于 天突，肺俞(双侧)、关元、膏肓俞(双侧)、大杼(双侧)，医用胶布固定，敷贴 4 h/次，3 次/2周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This project uses a single-arm test study. The patient received Sanfutreatment for 2 months after enrollment: Drug composition and preparation: Fried mustard wang line thin thin summer baicalensis cassia bark mixed according to 353331 ratio for fine 80 mesh sieve blend with ginger juice made into a diameter of 2 cm medicine cake (about 5 g) respectively in the day lung yu (bilateral) yuan yu (bilateral) big loom (bilateral) medical tape fixed apply 4 h / time 3 times / 2 weeks.

纳入标准：

1)符合上述诊断标准诊断为恶性肿瘤； 2)符合癌性疲乏诊断标准； 3)符合中医肺脾两虚证 4)年龄≥18岁,性别不限； 5)预计生存期≥6个月的患者，体力状况评分标准（ECOG）≤2； 6)同意接受随访； 7)随访及临床相关病历资料完整； 8)自愿签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosis as malignant tumor meets the above diagnostic criteria; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for cancerous fatigue; 3.In line with the traditional Chinese medicine of lung and spleen two deficiency syndrome 4. Age is 18 years old and gender is unlimited; 5.Patients with an estimated survival period of 6 months physical strength status scoring criteria (ECOG) 2; 6.Consent to receive the follow-up visit; 7.Complete follow-up and clinical relevant medical records; 8.To voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)合并严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病、电解质异常或精神病者； 2)对本研究所用敷贴或其药物成分过敏者； 3)妊娠期、哺乳期或计划妊娠患者； 4)存在严重或难以控制的感染； 5)近2周内服用其他中药者或参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe heart brain liver and kidney diseases electrolyte abnormalities or mental illness; 2.Allto application or drug ingredients in the institute; 3.Pregnancy lactation or planned pregnancy patients; 4. presence of severe or uncontrollable infection; 5. Those who took other Chinese medicine or participated in other clinical trials.
