研究目的：

1. 开展电针预防老年患者全麻术后认知功能障碍的临床研究，明确电针干预预防老年患者术后认知功能障碍的作用及安全性。 2. 基于代谢组学技术与脑电信号探讨电针干预对术后老年患者认知保护的潜在生物机制和神经机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To conduct a clinical study on electroacupuncture for preventing postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) in elderly patients under general anesthesia suegery aiming to elucidate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture intervention in preventing POCD. 2. To investigate the potential biological and neural mechanisms of electroacupuncture in cognitive protection for postoperative elderly patients utilizing metabolomics technology and electroencephalo-graph.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①60≤年龄≤80岁，性别不限； ②择期行全麻手术，手术等级为四级，手术类别不限； ③美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）分级为I~III级； ④术前无认知功能障碍：简易精神状态检查表（Minimum Mental State Examination, MMSE）＞20（小学）或＞24（初中及以上）； ⑤由患者或其家属自愿签署知情同意书。 注：受试者需同时满足所有选项，方可纳入。

Inclusion criteria

① Age between 60 and 80 years (inclusive) gender unrestricted; ② Scheduled for elective general anesthesia surgery with a surgical grade of IV regardless of surgical category; ③ American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I~III; ④ No preoperative cognitive dysfunction: Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >20 (for primary school education) or >24 (for junior high school and above); ⑤ Voluntary signing of the informed consent form by the patient or their family member. Note: Subjects must meet all of the above criteria to be eligible for enrollment.

排除标准：

①术前伴有影响认知功能的神经退行性疾病（阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病等）、脑卒中、轻度认知障碍、血管性痴呆、严重精神疾病（精神分裂症、焦虑症或抑郁症等）、癫痫、颅脑外伤、颅内肿瘤等； ②文盲受试者； ③术前合并严重内科疾病、糖尿病胰岛素抵抗、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、酒精成瘾史； ④术前合并使用止痛药、镇静催眠药、抗精神病药等并有药物依赖； ⑤伴有视听等感觉障碍或言语障碍； ⑥术中发生心脑血管意外、休克、呼吸或心脏骤停； ⑦手术时间超过4h或术中出血量超过500ml； ⑧术后苏醒时间超过24h； ⑨术后合并肝性脑病、严重出血、感染、组织器官衰竭等并发症； ⑩过去3个月有针刺体验史； ⑪植入心脏起搏器的患者； ⑫针刺部位局部皮肤存在破损、皮肤病、感染或出血倾向； ⑬正在参与其他临床研究者。 注：凡符合以上任意一项者，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pre-existing neurodegenerative diseases stroke mild cognitive impairment vascular dementia severe mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia anxiety disorders or depression) epilepsy cranial brain injury intracranial tumors etc. that affect cognitive function before surgery; ② Illiterate subjects; ③ Severe internal medical diseases insulin resistance in diabetes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease history of alcohol addiction before surgery; ④ Preoperative use of analgesics sedative-hypnotics antipsychotics etc. with drug dependence; ⑤ Accompanied by sensory impairments such as visual or auditory impairments or speech disorders; ⑥ Intraoperative occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents shock respiratory or cardiac arrest; ⑦ Surgery duration exceeding 4 hours or intraoperative blood loss exceeding 500 ml; ⑧ Postoperative awakening time exceeding 24 hours; ⑨ Postoperative complications such as hepatic encephalopathy severe bleeding infection tissue and organ failure etc.; ⑩ History of acupuncture experience within the past 3 months; ⑪Patients with implanted pacemakers; ⑫Local skin at the acupuncture site has damage skin diseases infections or bleeding tendencies; ⑬Currently participating in other clinical studies. Note: Any subject who meets any of the above criteria will be excluded.
