研究目的：

通过随机、对照、评价者盲法试验，观察经皮穴位电刺激联合几丁糖关节注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。在此基础上，探索经皮穴位电刺激治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制，发挥中医外治优势，为丰富膝痹病的中医诊疗方案提供循证医学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with chitosan joint injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis through a randomized controlled and evaluator blind trial. On this basis explore the mechanism of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis leverage the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in external treatment and provide evidence-based medicine for enriching the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint disease in traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合KOA西医诊断标准和中医诊断标准，符合Kellgren和Lawrence影像学分级II-IV级； （2）年龄50-70岁； （3）患者智力正常，无语言交流障碍，愿意接受治疗，能配合医生顺利完成操作及检测项目； （4）患者本人同意并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets KOA Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic criteria and conforms to Kellgren and Lawrence imaging grading II-IV levels; (2) Age range of 50-70 years old; (3) The patient has normal intelligence no language communication barriers is willing to receive treatment and can cooperate with the doctor to successfully complete the operation and testing items; (4) The patient agrees and signs the consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并患有机体代谢水平异常及风湿相关类疾病，如痛风性关节炎患者； （2）合并关节感染类疾病患者； （3）以关节内滑膜为主要病变部位的疾病的患者，如结核性滑膜炎等； （4）伴有难以控制的心、脑、肝、肾等内科系统及精神类疾病患者； （5）患者不易配合，依从性差，无法按时进行检查及药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with coexisting metabolic abnormalities and rheumatic related diseases such as gouty arthritis; (2) Patients with joint infectious diseases; (3) Patients with diseases primarily affecting the synovial membrane within the joint such as tuberculous synovitis; (4) Patients with uncontrollable internal medicine systems such as heart brain liver kidney and psychiatric disorders; (5) The patient is difficult to cooperate with has poor compliance and is unable to undergo examinations and medication treatment on time.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告的治疗部分由治疗人员填写，病例报告的追踪观察评定由专门的疗效评定人员进行，每一入选病例必须完成观察表单。观察表由监查员确认后，将复写联移交数据管理员，由两个数据管理员进行数据录入，并校对。数据确认后即锁定，不能更改。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The treatment section of the case report is filled out by the treatment personnel and the tracking observation and evaluation of the case report are carried out by specialized efficacy evaluators. Each selected case must complete an observation form. After the observation table is confirmed by the inspector the duplicate copy is handed over to the data administrator for data entry and verification by two data administrators. Once the data is confirmed it is locked and cannot be changed.
