研究目的：

基于冠心病患者先天禀赋与五运六气时段相关性的研究结果，构建鄂尔多斯地区冠心病患者先天禀赋高风险五运六气时段预警模型

Objectives of Study：

Based on the correlation between congenital endowment and five-movement six-gas period a warning model of five-movement six-gas period with high risk of congenital endowment in patients with coronary heart disease in Ordos area was constructed

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准 （1）年龄40-70岁，性别不限； （2）满足冠心病稳定型心绞痛的西医诊断系列要求，患者的心绞痛CCS分级在 Ⅲ级及以下的患者； （3）满足中医胸痹诊断系列标准，证属脾肾阳虚、痰浊痹阻证的患者； （4）具有良好的依从性； （5）患者知情并自愿者参加本实验。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria (1) Age 40-70 years old gender is not limited; (2) Meet the western medicine diagnosis series requirements of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the CCS classification of angina pectoris of patients is within Patients with grade III and below; (3) meet the diagnostic criteria of chest obstruction in TCM and belong to the syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and phlegm obstruction; (4) Good compliance; (5) Informed patients and volunteers participate in this experiment

排除标准：

排除标准 （1）在接受本药治疗1个月内接受过其它试验性药物治疗的患者； （2）已知或怀疑对治疗药物过敏者； （3）经证实已经是在冠心病急性冠脉综合征阶段的患者、以及病史没有超过3 个月的患者、严重心肌病、心绞痛CCS分级Ⅲ级以上的患者都不符合本研究标准； （4）冠脉介入治疗后3个月内； （5）合并神经、泌尿、呼吸、消化、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病以及各种危 急重症，恶性肿瘤性疾病，精神类疾病； （6）妊娠以及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

exclusion criteria (1) Patients who have received other investigational drugs within 1 month of receiving this drug; (2) known or suspected allergy to therapeutic drugs; (3) Patients who have been confirmed to be in the acute coronary syndrome stage of coronary heart disease and whose medical history does not exceed 3 The patients who were 6 months old severe cardiomyopathy and angina pectoris CCS grade Ⅲ or above did not meet the criteria of this study. (4) Within 3 months after coronary intervention; (5) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as nervous urinary respiratory digestive endocrine systems and various dangerous diseases Acute severe malignant tumor disease mental disease; (6) Pregnant and lactating women.
