研究目的：

挖掘卒中后本体感觉障碍患者感觉运动网络连接变化规律及针刺调控相应皮层环路的动态效应机制

Objectives of Study：

explore the changes of brain function network in patients with proprioception disorder after stroke and the brain effect mechanism of acupuncture regulating the sensory motor network loop

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

脑卒中患者纳入标准： ①符合脑梗死或脑出血诊断标准，病程在1个月以内； ②病灶位于皮质下单侧感觉运动通路（基底节区和/或放射冠处）； ③有/无患侧肢体本体感觉减退，有感觉减退者需根据（修正版）诺丁汉感官评估量表评估患者存在深感觉（位置觉、运动觉）障碍； ④右利手； ⑤年龄35-80岁之间，性别不限； ⑥患者无意识障碍，病情平稳，可理解并配合完成整项试验； ⑦无影响肢体感觉及运动基础疾病，如关节病、关节炎、糖尿病周围神经病变等； ⑧近1月未服用精神类药物。 健康受试者纳入标准 ①右利手； ②年龄 35-80 岁之间，性别不限； ③无器质性及显著功能性疾病； ④无任何精神、神经系统家族遗传病史； ⑤试验研究阶段无身体不适（如：感冒、头痛、咳嗽等）；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for stroke patients: ① Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage with a course of illness within one month; ② The lesion is located in the subcortical unilateral sensory motor pathway (basal ganglia and/or corona radiata); ③ Whether there is a decrease in proprioceptive sensation in the affected limb or not patients with sensory decline need to be evaluated for the presence of deep sensory (position and movement) disorders according to the revised Nottingham Sensory Assessment Scale; ④ Right-handed hand; ⑤ Age between 35-80 years old gender not limited; ⑥ The patient has no consciousness disorders the condition is stable and they can understand and cooperate to complete the entire trial; ⑦ No basic diseases affecting limb sensation and movement such as arthritis arthritis diabetes peripheral neuropathy etc; ⑧ I haven't taken any psychotropic drugs in the past month. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects ① Right-handed hand; ② Age between 35-80 years old gender not limited; ③ No organic or significant functional diseases; ④ No family history of mental or neurological disorders; ⑤ During the experimental research phase there were no physical discomforts (such as colds headaches coughs etc.);

排除标准：

脑卒中患者排除标准： ①合并心血管、消化、肾脏、血液系统等严重原发性疾病者； ②患者患精神类疾患； ③孕妇、哺乳期及经期妇女； ④在MRI扫描中发现严重的头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确病变者。 健康受试者排除标准： ①月经期女性及孕妇、哺乳期妇女； ②严重头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确其他病变。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: ① Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular digestive renal and hematological disorders; ② The patient suffers from mental illness; ③ Pregnant lactating and menstruating women; ④ Severe asymmetry of cranial anatomy or clear lesions are found in MRI scans. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: ① Menstrual women and pregnant and lactating women; ② Severe asymmetry of cranial anatomical structure or clear other lesions.
