研究目的：

评价针刺治疗腹腔镜结直肠癌术后肠麻痹的疗效，并探索针刺作用的神经机制。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture on postoperative ileus after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer and explore the neural mechanism of acupuncture treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄45-65岁，男女不限，右利手； 2.诊断为结直肠癌需要在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜下手术切除，其中结肠术式包括右半结肠切除术、左半结肠切除术、横结肠切除术、乙状结肠切除术，直肠术式不限； 3.具有美国麻醉医师协会制定的标准分类Ⅲ或更好的身体状态； 4.首次进行腹部手术； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients between 45 and 65 both male and female the right hand; 2.Patients diagnosed as colorectal cancer and requiring laparoscopic resection.The colon surgical procedures included right hemicolectomy left hemicolectomy transverse colectomy and sigmoid colectomy. The rectal surgical procedures were not limited; 3.Those who have the standard classification III or better physical condition formulated by the American Association of anesthesiologists; 4.For the first time for abdominal surgery; 5.Patients who sign informed consent

排除标准：

1.硬膜外麻醉； 2.联合脏器切除； 3.转为开腹手术，或行结肠直肠全切术； 4.需要长时间重症监护（>1天）； 5.体外造口； 6.精神障碍、酒精或药物滥用史； 7.1个月内接受过针灸治疗； 8.有心脏起搏器等植入性医疗器械； 9.参加其他临床研究； 10.磁共振检查禁忌症：带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器者、人工金属心脏瓣膜等的患者；金属关节、体内铁磁性异物者；重度高热患者;癫痫患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with epidural anesthesia; 2.Patients with combined organ resection; 3.Those who converted to open surgery or underwent total resection of the colon and rectum; 4. Patients who need long-term intensive care (> 1 day); 5.Patients with external stoma; 6.Patients with mental disorders alcohol or drug abuse history; 7.Patients who have received acupuncture treatment within 1 month; 8.Patients with implantable medical devices such as pacemakers; 9.Patients who participate in other clinical studies; 10.Contraindications of magnetic resonance examination: patients with cardiac pacemaker nerve stimulator artificial metal heart valve etc. Metal joints and ferromagnetic foreign bodies; Patients with severe high fever; Patients with epilepsy.

假电针治疗，取双侧非经非穴。非穴一定位为在小腿外侧，阳陵泉（GB34）与足三里（ST36）中点，胆经与胃经之间；非穴二定位为在小腿外侧，阳陵泉（GB34）下3寸，胆经与胃经之间。
