研究目的：

观察温玉通灸罐对改善气虚血瘀型脑卒中偏瘫患者脑血流动力学、机体炎性反应及生存质量的临床疗效及观察温玉通灸罐对气虚血瘀型脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗依从性的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of Wenyutong moxibustion cupping on improving cerebral hemodynamics inflammatory response and quality of life in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke hemiplegia and to observe the effect of Wenyutong moxibustion cupping on rehabilitation treatment compliance in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke hemiplegia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①西医诊断符合急性缺血性脑卒中诊断标准，且分期处于急性期患者，经头颅 MRI或 CT 等影像学检查证实为脑梗死者，首次发病，病灶位于一侧大脑半球，一侧肢体偏瘫，发病后未进行溶栓治疗；病程 2 个星期至 1 个月。②气虚血瘀型辨证标准参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：主症：头晕 目眩，视物旋转，轻者闭目即止，重者如坐车船， 甚则仆倒；次症：恶心呕吐、耳鸣耳聋、 神疲乏力、少气懒言、局部青紫刺痛；舌脉：舌体胖大或边有齿痕、舌质紫暗或边有瘀点瘀斑，苔薄白，脉沉细无力或涩。③患者意识清楚，无认知功能障碍；经治疗后病情稳定、均未出现严重发症； ④能独立或通过研究者帮助完成问卷调查；⑤愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Western medicine diagnosis was in line with the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke and the patients were in the acute stage. The patients were confirmed as cerebral infarction by cranial MRI or CT and other imaging examinations. The first onset was located in one side of the cerebral hemisphere and one side of the limb hemiplegia. The course of disease was 2 weeks to 1 month. 2.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome differentiation standard reference ' standard of diagnosis and curative effect of TCM syndrome ' : main symptoms : dizziness visual rotation light eyes closed heavy such as by car or boat. Even fall ; secondary symptoms : nausea and vomiting tinnitus and deafness mental fatigue less gas lazy words local cyanosis tingling ; tongue pulse : The tongue body is fat or has teeth marks on the side the tongue is dark purple or has ecchymosis on the side the coating is thin and white the pulse is thin and weak or astringent. 3.patients with clear consciousness no cognitive dysfunction ; after treatment the condition was stable and no serious symptoms occurred. 4.Can complete the questionnaire survey independently or through the researcher 's help ; 5.those who were willing to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①头颅 MRI 或 CT 证实为脑出血或陈旧性脑梗死者；②意识障碍、认知功能障碍；病情不稳定，有严重合并症(包括心肌梗死、心衰、心房纤颤、 肝肾功能不全、消化道出血)者。③昏迷、恶性肿瘤及其他脑器质性病变、精神病史者，消极抵抗治疗的患者。④合并深静脉血栓的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Brain MRI or CT confirmed cerebral hemorrhage or old cerebral infarction ; consciousness disorders cognitive dysfunction ; 2.patients with unstable condition and severe complications ( including myocardial infarction heart failure atrial fibrillation liver and kidney dysfunction gastrointestinal bleeding ). 3.patients with coma malignant tumor and other brain organic lesions history of mental illness negative resistance to treatment. 4.patients with deep vein thrombosis.
