比较不同穴位针刺用于分娩镇痛的效果有何不同

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the effects of acupuncture at different acupoints on labor analgesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ-II级，美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅰ级，单胎孕周37～42周，在第一产程活跃期时自愿要求针刺麻醉或硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛，没有心血管疾病、精神疾病、畸形等。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade I single pregnancy 37-42 weeks voluntary request for acupuncture anesthesia for labor analgesia during the active period of the first stage of labor without cardiovascular disease mental illness deformities etc.

排除标准：

排除标准包括引产，有针刺麻醉或硬膜外麻醉禁忌症，要求分娩镇痛时NRS≤4。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria include induction of labor contraindications to acupuncture anesthesia or epidural anesthesia and a requirement for NRS ≤ 4 during labor analgesia.
