研究目的：

评估针刺联合面部滚针治疗肺胃热盛型玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with facial roller needle in the treatment of rosacea with excessive heat of lung and stomach.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医诊断标准和中医玫瑰痤疮肺胃热盛证(有面部潮红灼热、干燥刺痛、面部瘙痒等)临床症状者； ②年龄≥18岁且≤50岁； ③4周内未使用系统和（或）局部使用药物治疗玫瑰痤疮者； ④自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。 ⑤依从性良好

Inclusion criteria

① Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and the clinical symptoms of excessive lung and stomach heat syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine rosacea (facial flushing burning dry tingling facial itching etc.); ② Age ≥18 years old and ≤50 years old; ③ patients who did not use systemic and/or topical drugs to treat rosacea within 4 weeks; ④ voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent. ⑤ Good compliance.

排除标准：

①年龄在18岁以下或大于50岁； ②合并严重的器质性疾病、急慢性感染和精神病患者； ③合并脂溢性皮炎、湿疹、激素依赖性皮炎等其他面部疾病及红斑狼疮、皮肌炎等系统疾病引起的面部红斑； ④对本研究所用治疗手段存在过敏反应； ⑤妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ⑥疤痕体质人群。

Exclusion criteria：

①under the age of 18 or over 50 years old; ②patients with serious organic diseases acute or chronic infections and mental illness; ③ facial erythema caused by seborrheic dermatitis eczema steroid-dependent dermatitis and systemic diseases such as lupus erythematosus and dermatomyositis; ④ Allergic reactions to the treatment used in this study; ⑤ pregnant or lactating women; ⑥ Scar constitution population.
