研究目的：

通过平行对照的临床研究，评价横分纵扎法治疗环状痔的有效性和安全性。从而验证混合痔“一分为二，二分为四”的手术治疗理念，创立一种新的有效治疗环状痔的微创术式，解决既往手术方法疗效与术后并发症不能兼顾的瓶颈问题，为筛选出适合我国环状痔治疗方案提供循证医学的依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of annular hemorrhoids by transverse incision with longitudinal ligation through a parallel controlled clinical study. In order to verify the surgical treatment concept of mixed hemorrhoids "divided into two two into four" establish a new effective minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of circular hemorrhoids solve the bottleneck problem that the efficacy of previous surgical methods and postoperative complications can not be taken into account and provide evidence-based medical basis for screening out suitable for the treatment of circular hemorrhoids in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①根据《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准》环状混合痔的诊断标准，在混合痔诊断成立的基础上合并下列任何1 项即可诊断为环状痔：a.肛缘外痔呈360°全肛管分布；b.肛管完全下翻并有齿状线相应下移；c.大便时痔呈环形肿胀或脱出。 ②年龄18～60岁，初次行肛门手术治疗。 ③可耐受手术治疗，无明显手术禁忌症。 ④自愿接受手术治疗并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① According to the diagnostic criteria of annular mixed hemorrhoids in the Chinese Medicine Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China the diagnosis of mixed hemorrhoids can be diagnosed as annular hemorrhoids by combining any of the following items: a. The perianal hemorrhoids were distributed in 360° pananal canal. b. The anal canal is completely turned down with a toothed line moving down accordingly; c. The hemorrhoids show circular swelling or prolapse during stool. ② Aged 18-60 years old first anal surgery. ③ It can tolerate surgical treatment without obvious contraindications. ④ Voluntarily undergo surgical treatment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

① 年龄小于18岁或大于61岁 ② 合并有肝肾、心脑血管等重要器官疾病，或肿瘤、营养不良、内分泌及造血系统等严重原发性疾病患者。 ③ 伴有炎症性肠病、结核等慢性病患者。 ④ 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女及有精神病疾患或其它原因不能配合手术治疗者。 ⑤ 过敏体质或对相关药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Younger than 18 years old or older than 61 years old ② Patients with liver kidney cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or tumors malnutrition endocrine and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases. ③ Patients with chronic diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and tuberculosis. ④ Pregnant or lactating women and those who have mental disorders or other reasons can not cooperate with surgical treatment. ⑤ Allergic physique or allergic to related drugs.
