研究目的：

拔罐疗法作为中医基本特色疗法在临床上得到广泛运用，且对其研究在不断地深入，在罐疗作用机制方面的研究取得了一定的成果。但对其量化指标比如罐内负压、温度、湿度等因素的测量方法仍存在不足。因此，在以上理论背景和研究基础上，本团队将传统火罐进行改良，首先增加罐内湿度的监测，使多功能罐具有温度、负压、湿度三个维度的监测并进行可视化显示；其次增加通过蓝牙，可在手机端显示火罐内的温度，湿度，负压，以便于后台软件动态记录拔罐后0分钟、5分钟、10分钟、15分钟和起罐后5分钟的数据并进行分析。旨在量化数字火罐的物理参数并设置其安全范围，对产品的风险性及临床安全性进行评价。

Objectives of Study：

Cupping therapy has been widely used in clinical practice as a basic characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the research on cupping therapy has been continuously deepened and certain achievements have been made in the research on the mechanism of cupping therapy. However the quantitative indicators such as negative pressure temperature humidity and other factors of measurement methods are still insufficient. Therefore on the basis of the above theoretical background and research the team improved the traditional cupping. Firstly the monitoring of humidity in the tank was increased so that the multi-functional tank could monitor and display the temperature negative pressure and humidity in three dimensions. Secondly through Bluetooth the temperature humidity and negative pressure in the cupping can be displayed on the mobile phone so that the background software can dynamically record the data of 0 minutes 5 minutes 10 minutes 15 minutes and 5 minutes after cupping and analyze it. The aim is to quantify the physical parameters of digital cupping and set its safety range and evaluate the risk and clinical safety of the product.

纳入标准：

1身体健康，无基础疾病； 2年龄18-50岁，男女不限； 3配合操作，依从性高，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1Good health no underlying diseases; 2Age 18-50 years old; 3Cooperate with the operation high compliance sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1局部皮肤损伤或有皮肤病而不能接受拔罐治疗； 2有精神疾病，肺性脑病昏迷、休克，或合并严重心、脑、肝、肾等疾病及恶性肿瘤的患者； 3严重过敏体质； 4妊娠或哺乳期女性； 5正在参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1Local skin injury or skin disease can not accept cupping treatment; 2 Patients with mental illness pulmonary encephalopathy coma shock or complicated with serious heart brain liver kidney and other diseases and malignant tumors; 3 Severe allergy; 4 Pregnant or lactating women; 5 Is participating in other clinical trials.
