研究目的：

由于学业、社会和经济压力，大学生经常经历焦虑水平升高。考虑到大学生焦虑的高发率，本研究旨在评估迷迭香和佛手柑精油吸入芳香疗法对这一人群焦虑水平的影响。

Objectives of Study：

College students frequently experience elevated anxiety levels due to academic social and economic pressures. Considering the high prevalence of anxiety among college students this study aims to evaluate the effects of inhalation aromatherapy using rosemary and bergamot essential oils on anxiety levels in this population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、愿意参与研究； 2、年龄在18岁或以上； 3、对迷迭香和佛手柑精油无过敏； 4、通过斯皮尔伯格状态焦虑量表（评分20-80分）的获得性评分确定焦虑的存在。

Inclusion criteria

1Be willing to participate in research 2 Aged 18 or above; 3No allergy to Rosemary and bergamot essential oils; 4The presence of anxiety was determined by the Spielberg State Anxiety Inventory (20-80) acquired score.

排除标准：

1、有呼吸系统疾病，如哮喘； 2、对精油的过敏反应； 3、正在使用抗焦虑药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1Have respiratory system diseases such as asthma; 2. Allergic reactions to essential oils; 3. Currently taking anti-anxiety medication.

为了确保参与者按1:1:1的比例随机分配到各组，使用Research Randomizer程序（https://www.randomizer.org/）进行随机化。生成的清单被打印并密封在不透明的、按顺序编号的信封中，以保持分配的隐蔽性。在参与者登记过程中，研究人员依次打开信封，根据随机化代码将符合条件的参与者分配到各自的组：迷迭香组“A”组，佛手柑组“B”组，对照组“C”组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

To ensure random allocation of participants into groups with a 1:1:1 ratio randomization was performed using the Research Randomizer program (https://www.randomizer.org/). The generated list was printed and sealed in opaque sequentially numbered envelopes to maintain allocation concealment. During participant enrollment research staff opened the envelopes in sequence and assigned eligible participants to their respective groups based on the randomization code: group A for the rosemary group group B for the bergamot group and group C for the control group.
