研究目的：

综合比较中药护理技术——八段锦运动（BDJE）结合艾灸箱（MB）干预措施的对照试验结果，以改善老年人的胃肠功能障碍（GID）。

Objectives of Study：

To synthesize and compare the results of a controlled trial of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing techniques - Baduanjin exercise (BDJE) combined with moxibustion box (MB) intervention measures in order to improve gastrointestinal dysfunction (GID) in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组采用常规WDT(如莫沙必利、蒙脱土粉、硫糖铝混悬液等)。实验组在对照组的基础上，采用BDJE联合MB治疗。患者每天早餐后半小时练习一套BDJE指导技术(参照中国国家体育总局2003年发布的BDJE健身运动方法)，练习前不宜过饱(图1)，每次练习时间控制在30分钟以内。BDJE练习20分钟后，进行MB治疗(按照国家中医药管理局《中医护理常规技术操作规范》)。老年患者仰卧在床上，护士取3根艾条点燃后，置于不同区域的艾盒中，艾盒以神窝穴为中心平放于腹部。灸疗持续20分钟，以患者耐受性为依据加温。艾灸后，老年患者饮用稀释盐水50ml。两个疗程均为14 d，其中7 d为一个疗程，休息2 d。治疗2个疗程后，观察疗效并进行比较。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The control group included in the study received conventional WDT (such as mosapride montmorillonite powder sucralfate suspension etc.). On the basis of the control group the experimental group was treated with BDJE combined with MB. The patients practiced a set of BDJE guidance technique half an hour after breakfast every morning (referring to the BDJE fitness exercise method issued by the General Administration of Sport of China in 2003) and should not be too full before practice (Figure 1). The duration of each practice should be controlled within 30 minutes. After practicing the BDJE for 20 minutes perform MB treatment (following the "TCM Nursing Routine Technical Operation Specification" of the State Administration of TCM). The elderly patients lay supine on the bed and the nurses took 3 moxa sticks and ignited them placed them in moxa boxes in different zones and placed the moxa boxes flat on the abdomen with the Shenque acupoint as the center. The moxibustion treatment lasted for 20 minutes and the amount of heat was based on the patient's tolerance. After moxibustion the elderly patients drank 50ml of diluted saline water. The two treatment courses were 14 days with 7 days as one course and 2 days of rest. After 2 courses of treatment the efficacy was observed and compared.

纳入标准：

①　 年龄≥60，≤85岁，男女不限。 ②　 符合《多脏器功能障碍综合征（病情分期诊断及严重程度评分标准》中胃肠功能障碍诊断者。 ③　 符合“脾胃气血亏虚型”相关中医诊断标准。 ④　 签署知情同意，参与临床研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 60 ≤ 85 years old regardless of gender. ② Those who meet the diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (disease staging diagnosis and severity scoring criteria). ③ It meets the relevant TCM diagnostic criteria of "deficiency of Qi and blood in spleen and stomach". ④ Sign informed consent and participate in clinical research.

排除标准：

排除标准： ①合并恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全及血液系统疾病者。 ②对艾条成分过敏或艾箱灸不耐受者。 ③站立困难或跌倒评分为中高风险患者。 ④治疗过程中未能按规定配合治疗，从而影响疗效判断。 ⑤近3个月参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① Patients with malignant tumor severe liver and kidney dysfunction and hematological diseases. ② Allergic to the ingredients of moxa sticks or intolerant to moxa box moxibustion. ③ The patients with difficulty in standing or falling score were at medium and high risk. ④ Failure to cooperate with the treatment as required during the treatment process which affects the judgment of curative effect. ⑤ Those who have participated in other clinical trials in recent 3 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用SPSS软件（21.0版）进行数据处理，测量数据以均数±标准差表示。对于符合正态分布且方差相等的数据，定量数据采用t检验，组内比较前后采用配对t检验，组间比较采用独立样本t检验，计数数据采用卡方检验，秩和检验与两个独立样本的有序变量进行秩和比较。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

SPSS software (version 21.0) was used for data processing and the measured data were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation. For data that conformed to normal distribution and had equal variance t-test was used for quantitative data paired t-test was used for intra-group comparison before and after independent sample t-test was used for inter-group comparison chi-square test was used for counting data and rank sum test was used for comparing rank data with two independent samples of ordered variables.
