研究目的：

本研究针对髓海不足型的阿尔茨海默轻症患者，且阿尔茨海默轻症患者进行性发展的神经退行性疾病及行为异常带来的危害和目前现代护理措施对阿尔茨海默轻症患者没有很好的干预手段的临床护理问题，采用随机对照的临床研究设计，拟在实施头部手指点穴的基础上进行分组对照比较，通过观察两组实施中医护理操作的前后的阿尔茨海默轻症患者的日常生活能力评价、认知评估、焦虑抑郁评估等，客观评价实施中医护理操作的实用价值，以及延缓阿尔茨海默轻症患者症状进展加重的可能性。

Objectives of Study：

This study is focused on a specific type of Alzheimer's disease (AD) characterized by medullary insufficiency and a progressive development of neurodegenerative diseases. This condition is often accompanied by behavioral abnormalities which are influenced by various factors. The current nursing care measures for AD patients are not fully equipped to address these challenges. The present study utilizes a randomized controlled clinical research design to evaluate the efficacy of head finger acupuncture points in managing Alzheimer's disease patients. The daily living abilities cognitive assessments anxiety levels and depression scores of Alzheimer's disease patients will be observed before and after the implementation of Chinese medicine nursing operations in both groups. This will allow for an objective evaluation of the practical value of implementing Chinese medicine nursing operations and the potential for slowing the progression of symptoms in Alzheimer's disease patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合阿尔茨海默轻症患者的诊断标准; CDR为1分。 临床痴呆量表（CDR）已成为 AD痴呆临床分级的金标准。得分为0.0分表示正常；0.5分表示可疑痴呆；1.0分表示轻度痴呆；2.0分表示中度痴呆；3.0分表示重度痴呆。 （2）符合中医髓海不足型的诊断标准; （3）年龄>60周岁;； （4）能够独立配合完成量表者; （5）自愿接受临床观察，知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets diagnostic criteria for mild Alzheimer's disease as defined by a Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) score of 1.The Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) is widely regarded as the gold standard for the clinical grading of Alzheimer's disease (AD) dementia. A score of 0.0 indicates normal cognitive function 0.5 indicates suspected dementia 1.0 indicates mild dementia 2.0 indicates moderate dementia and 3.0 indicates severe dementia . Secondly the subject fulfills the diagnostic criteria of the medullary insufficiency type of Chinese medicine.Thirdly the subject is over the age of 60.Fourthly the subject was able to cooperate independently to complete the scale.Fifthly the subject voluntarily accepted clinical observation and gave informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）脑CT检查为器质性阿尔茨海默患者； （2）存在意识障碍或精神疾病； （3）合并严重凝血功能障碍、恶性肿瘤、严重感染以及消化系统疾病、肝肾、心脑血管等严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

The following criteria are indicative of the diagnosis of organic Alzheimer's disease as indicated by brain CT: The presence of disorders of consciousness or mental illness The presence of serious coagulation disorders The presence of malignant tumors The presence of serious infections The presence of serious diseases including digestive system diseases liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases
