研究目的：

本研究课题旨在通过观察经皮穴位电刺激对改善胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者术中低体温的效果，探究经皮穴位电刺激对体温调节的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this research is to observe the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on improving hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy, and to explore the impact of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on temperature regulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①行择期胸腔镜肺叶切除术的患者； ②年龄 18⁓65 岁，性别不限；③美国麻醉医师协会 分级为Ⅰ⁓Ⅱ级；④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia.2. Patients aged 18 to 65 years (including 18 and 65 years old); 3. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I II ; 4.Signed informed consent

排除标准：

①经穴循行线进行过手术或经穴局 部有皮肤感染的患者；②有腰背部神经损伤或脊柱 畸形的患者；③有起搏器等体内电子植入物的患者； ④有糖尿病或雷诺综合征等病史的患者 ；⑤术前 4 周内有感染性发热史的患者；⑥术前 2 周内服用影 响体温调节药物的患者；⑦手术时间小于 1 h 或大 于 4 h 的患者；⑧近 4 周内参加过其他临床试验的患 者；⑨不能配合完成研究计划的患者，包括语言困 难、存在意识障碍或有传染病的患者等，以及其他研 究者认为不适合参与本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who have undergone surgery along the meridian or have local skin infections at the meridian points; ② Patients with lumbar and back nerve injuries or spinal deformities; ③ Patients with electronic implants such as pacemakers in the body; ④ Patients with a history of diabetes or Raynaud's syndrome; ⑤ Patients with a history of infectious fever within 4 weeks before surgery; ⑥ Patients who take temperature regulating drugs within 2 weeks before surgery; ⑦ Patients with surgery time less than 1 hour or greater than 4 hours; ⑧ Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 4 weeks.⑨ Those who cannot cooperate due to various reasons.
