构建一种基于舌象的肝病风险评估模型

Objectives of Study：

Construction of a liver disease risk assessment model based on tongue image

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究基于中医的舌诊理论，以慢性患者舌象特征为核心，采用人工智能图像分析技术，以慢性肝病患者及健康者的舌部图像资料为研究对象，使用卷积神经网络等深度学习算法，对慢性舌部图像动静态特征提取分析，建立一种基于决策树的严重程度的量化计算方法模型，进行临床肝病患者舌象特征与中医证型、西医MELD-NA分期等的相关规律研究；在此基础上建立一种计算机化动静态舌象诊断模型，为慢性肝病的诊治规范化和标准化做出尝试。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Based on the theory of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine this study takes the tongue characteristics of chronic patients as the core uses artificial intelligence image analysis technology takes the tongue image data of patients with chronic liver diseases and healthy people as the research object uses deep learning algorithms such as convolutional neural network to extract and analyze the dynamic and static characteristics of chronic tongue images and establishes a decision tree.To establish a computerized dynamic and static tongue diagnosis model for the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of chronic liver diseases based on the study of the correlation between tongue characteristics of patients with clinical liver diseases and TCM syndrome types and MELD-NA staging.

纳入标准：

1: ①符合慢性肝病，如肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌等诊断标准 2: ②年龄18～75岁 3: ③患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1: ① Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic liver diseases such as hepatitis cirrhosis liver cancer etc. 2: ② Age 18-75 years old ③ The patient signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1: ①肝硬化组合并原发性肝癌者 2: ②合并其他系统严重感染者 3: ③合并有诊断明确的、非肝炎肝硬化相关的五官、心脑血管、呼吸系统、泌尿系统、内分泌和造血系统严重原发性疾病者 4: ④应用特殊治疗如干扰素等治疗后出现明显副作用者 5: ⑤曾行脾切除术或经颈静脉肝内门腔分流术的患者 6: ⑥非肝炎肝硬化相关的精神异常者 7: ⑦妊娠、哺乳期妇女。 ⑧合并有精神病或智力障碍的患者；⑨资料不全无法参与实验的患者。⑨舌部有伤者、染苔者。⑩因操作或其他原因导致拍摄视频不清晰。​

Exclusion criteria：

1: ① Cirrhosis combined with primary liver cancer 2. ② Severe infection with other systems 3. ③ Patients with severe primary diseases of the five sense organs cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respiratory system urinary system endocrine system and hematopoietic system that are clearly diagnosed and not related to hepatitis and cirrhosis. ④ Patients with obvious side effects after the application of special treatment such as interferon. 5: ⑤ Patients with previous splenectomy or transjugular intrahepatic portacaval shunt 6: ⑥ Patients with mental disorders not related to hepatitis and cirrhosis 7: ⑦ Pregnant and lactating women.⑧ Patients with psychosis or mental retardation; ⑨ Patients with incomplete data and unable to participate in the experiment.⑨ The tongue is injured or infected with fur.⑩ The video shot is not clear due to operation or other reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

​收集符合标准的115名肝硬化患者的舌象数据，对数据进行预处理后，分别对图像数据和文本数据进行肝硬化风险分类，并分别采用朴素贝叶斯（Naive Bayes, NB）、随机森林（Random Forest, RF）、逻辑回归（Logistic Regression, LR） 、支持向量机（Support Vector Machine, SVM）和神经网络多层感知机（Multilayer Perceptron, MLP）这五种算法构建肝硬化风险分类预测的舌诊模型。
