研究目的：

评价八段锦对卵巢癌患者心肺功能（近期目标），评价八段锦训练对卵巢癌患者生存质量、无进展生存期（远期目标），进而确定八段锦训练获益优势人群。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the Effect of Ba Duan Jin on Cardiopulmonary Function in Ovarian Cancer Patients (Short-term Goal), Evaluate the Impact of Ba Duan Jin Training on the Quality of Life and Progression-free Survival in Ovarian Cancer Patients (Long-term Goal), and Determine the Beneficial Population of Ba Duan Jin Training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对照组1 不做任何干预措施。 对照组2： 健步走：自然行走，躯干伸直，收腹，胸部尽量挺直，目视前方，肘关节自然弯曲，双侧手臂以肩关节为轴自然前后摆臂，同时腿朝前迈，脚跟先着地，过度上前脚掌，然后推离地面，双腿尽量保持平衡，以不跌倒为原则。每周4天，每天40分钟，持续12周。运动强度是最大心率的60%-70%。 干预组：国家体育总局版八段锦。 双手托天理三焦；左右开弓似射雕；调理脾胃需单举；五劳七伤往后瞧；摇头摆尾去心火；双手攀足固肾腰；攒拳怒目增气力；背后七颠百病消。每周4天，每天40分钟（功前准备5分钟；八段锦训练15分钟；休息5分钟；八段锦训练15分钟）。运动强度是最大心率的60%-70%。 两组受试者在接受康复训练的同时，进行必要的肿瘤常规内科治疗（参考《卵巢癌诊疗规范》）。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Control Group 1: No intervention measures are taken. Control Group 2 - Brisk Walking: Natural walking with the torso upright, abdomen tucked in, chest held up as much as possible, eyes looking straight ahead. The elbows are naturally bent, and the arms swing naturally back and forth around the shoulder joints while the legs move forward, heels touching the ground first, rolling over the front foot, then pushing off the ground. Both legs should maintain balance as a principle to prevent falling. Four days a week, 40 minutes each day, for 12 weeks. The exercise intensity is 60%-70% of the maximum heart rate. Intervention Group - Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades) according to the National Sports Administration: 1. Hold the Hands High with Palms Up to Regulate the Triple Burner. 2. Archer Posture to Shoot the Eagle. 3. Raise One Arm to Regulate the Spleen and Stomach. 4. Look Backward to Prevent Sickness and Injury. 5. Sway the Head and Shake the Tail to Extinguish Heart Fire. 6. Hold One Foot with Both Hands to Strengthen the Kidneys and Waist. 7. Clench the Fists and Glare Fiercely to Increase Qi Strength. 8. Hold One Arm Aloft to Drive Away the Hundred Diseases from Behind. Four days a week, 40 minutes each day (5 minutes of pre-exercise preparation; 15 minutes of Ba Duan Jin training; 5 minutes of rest; 15 minutes of Ba Duan Jin training). The exercise intensity is 60%-70% of the maximum heart rate. Both groups of subjects undergo necessary routine medical treatment for tumors while receiving rehabilitation training (refer to the "Ovarian Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines").

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述诊断标准； （2）CA125、CA199、CEA、HE4等肿瘤标志物水平正常，正处于无进展生存期的患者； （3）11≤呼吸困难Borg评分≤15； （4）45≤年龄≤70； （5）本人或法定代理人同意参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Normal levels of tumor markers such as CA125, CA199, CEA, HE4, etc., and patients are currently in a progression-free survival period; (3) Borg dyspnea score between 11 and 15; (4) Age between 45 and 70; (5) Willing to participate and sign the informed consent form either by themselves or through a legal guardian.

排除标准：

（1）运动康复禁忌症者； （2）参考中华医学会《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南》中患者严重程度为Ⅱ-Ⅳ级的慢性阻塞性肺炎； （3）卵巢癌为非原发肿瘤，合并了第二个未治愈的恶性肿瘤； （4）慢性肾病处于Ⅲ-Ⅴ期阶段者； （5）骨转移、骨折、严重关节变形等行动不便导致无法完成运动治疗方案者； （6）平衡功能Berg量表评分＜40分； （7）认知功能Moca量表评分＜27分。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with contraindications to exercise rehabilitation; (2) Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) classified as Grade II-IV according to the Chinese Medical Association's "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease"; (3) Ovarian cancer is not the primary tumor and is combined with an untreated secondary malignant tumor; (4) Patients with stage III-V chronic kidney disease; (5) Patients with mobility difficulties such as bone metastasis, fractures, severe joint deformities, etc., which prevent the completion of the exercise therapy plan; (6) Berg Balance Scale score less than 40; (7) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score less than 27.
