研究目的：

明确运脾益肾解毒通络法改善RA晚期患者生存质量的疗效与安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the efficacy and safety of Yunpi Yishen Jiedu Tongluo method on improving the quality of life in patients with advanced RA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合2010年ACR/EULAR的RA分类标准； 2.DAS28≤3.2； 3.3个以上关节畸形、功能障碍； 4.疲倦乏力； 5.病史大于等于5年； 6.符合中医脾肾两虚兼湿毒瘀阻证; 7.18岁～65岁； 8.患者知情并同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the RA classification criteria of the 2010 ACR/EULAR; 2.DAS28<=3.2; 3. More than 3 joint deformities and dysfunctions; 4. Fatigue; 5. The medical history is greater than or equal to 5 years; 6. It is in line with the syndrome of TCM deficiency of spleen and kidney combined with dampness, poison and blood stasis; 7. 18 years old to 65 years old; 8. Patients informed and agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.有严重脏器病变者或精神类疾病者; 2.对研究方案中涉及的药物过敏或有使用禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe organ disease or mental illness; 2. Patients who are allergic to the drugs involved in the study protocol or who have contraindications.
