研究目的：

通过观察中药熏蒸联合睑板按摩镊治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的疗效，为临床提供一种安全有效、较优的治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation combined with the meibomian gland squeezer for treatment of dry eye associated with meibomian gland dysfunction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合MGD性干眼的诊断标准； （2）年龄18岁—75周岁； （3）有能力理解并签署知情同意书，愿意并能够配合研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

（1） Compliance with diagnostic criteria of dry eye associated with meibomian gland dysfunction; （2）Aged 18 to 75 years; （3）To be willing and able to cooperate with study requirements; Agreed to use a reliable form of contraception if of childbearing potential

排除标准：

（1）眼部感染者； （2）合并结膜、角膜病变、青光眼等疾病； （3）眼睑疾病及眼球突出者； （4）有眼部手术史且还未完全恢复者； （5）妊娠和哺乳期妇女； （6）对药物过敏者； （7）正在参加其他药物临床试验或应用其他眼部药物者； （8）有精神疾病或者全身状态差不能配合检查者等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Ocular infection; (2) Active ocular diseases, such as conjunctivitis, keratopathy, glaucoma and other diseases; (3) Eyelid disease and eyeball protrusion; (4) Had a history of intraocular surgery or ocular surgery, not completely recovered; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Active ocular allergies; (7) Participating in clinical trials of other drugs or using other eye drugs; (8) Persons with mental illness or poor general condition who cannot cooperate with the inspection, etc.
