研究目的：

评价基于“血瘀”理论改良手术提高自体动静脉内瘘预后的作用，以及中医外治法促进AVF近期成熟率及远通畅率的作用，提高中西医结合治疗该病的有效率。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the effect of modified operation based on blood stasis theory on improving autologous arteriovenous fistula prognosis and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment on enhancing AVF recent maturity rate and long-term patency rate, and to improve the effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in preventing this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）受试者已签署知情同意书； (2) 年龄18～80岁； (3)慢性肾衰竭预透析并同意行动静内瘘或人造血管通路术者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the signing of the informed consent; (2) aged 18-80 years; (3) predialysis of chronic renal failure and consent to action venous anastomosis or artificial vascular access operation.

排除标准：

(1)合并有心、脑、肝和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者；(2)肾移植术后、精神病患者及糖尿病患者；(3)急性肾功能衰竭患者；(4)妊娠或哺乳期妇女；(5)已知对所用药物过敏的患者；（6）正在参加其它药物临床试验者或3个月内参加过其它临床试验者或用过其他控制血栓的药物；(7)研究者认为不宜参加本研究的其它情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) people with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver and hematopoiesis; (2) after kidney transplantation, patients with psychosis; (3) patients with acute renal failure; (4) pregnant or lactating women; (5) patients who are known to be allergic to the drugs used; (6) people who are participating in other drug clinical trials or in other clinical trials within 3 months or other drugs that have been used to control thrombus; (7)people who considered not suitable for the research.
