研究目的：

通过规范合理的临床研究，观察中医综合序贯疗法治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性，拟定重度痤疮各分型的中医诊疗方案，发挥中医药临床特色优势，验证中医药精准化治疗重度痤疮的安全性和有效性，继承发扬名老中医学术思想和临床经验，培育中医痤疮专病的临床科研人才。

Objectives of Study：

Through standardized and reasonable clinical research, observe the clinical efficacy and safety of comprehensive sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe acne, draw up TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for each type of severe acne, give full play to the advantages of clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, verify the safety and effectiveness of precise treatment of severe acne by traditional Chinese medicine, inherit and carry forward the academic ideas and clinical experience of famous Chinese medicine, and cultivate acne specific diseases of traditional Chinese medicine Clinical research personnel.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，男女不限； 2.同时符合西医诊断标准（IV级）和中医诊断标准（痰瘀凝结证）； 3.入选前4周内未曾接受过全身性系统用药者；治疗前4周内未用过与本病相关的内服药，一周内未用过与本病相关的外用药； 4.患者表示知情同意、自愿受试并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=18 years old male and female; 2. It meets the diagnostic standard of Western Medicine (grade IV) and the diagnostic standard of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) (phlegm and blood stasis coagulation syndrome); 3. The patients who had not received systemic medication within 4 weeks before the treatment; those who had not used the internal medicine related to the disease within 4 weeks before the treatment and the external drug related to the disease within one week before the treatment; 4. Patients expressed informed consent, volunteered and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 合并疾病（合并有心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统等严重疾病者，精神病患者，特别是有免疫系统疾病者）； 2. 已知对试验药、对照药及其中任何相关成分具有过敏史者及疤痕体质者； 3. 妊娠、试验期间准备怀孕或正在哺乳期的育龄妇女； 4. 近4周内口服或者使用与本病相关的内服药或外用药物； 5. 无法保证试验期间按规定完成用药及随访要求者； 6. 化学物质导致的职业性痤疮。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe diseases of the kidney and liver, especially those with cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Those who have known allergy history and scar constitution to the test drug, control drug and any related components thereof; 3. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant or are breast-feeding during pregnancy, trial period; 4. Oral or external medication related to the disease within 4 weeks; 5. Those who can not guarantee the completion of medication and follow-up requirements during the trial period; 6. Occupational acne caused by chemicals.
