研究目的：

通过实施穴位按摩干预方案，评估以症状管理理论为指导的居家穴位按摩方案对维持性血液透析患者疲乏症状的干预效果。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness of an in-home acupressure program guided by symptom management theory on fatigue symptoms in maintenance hemodialysis patients by implementing an acupressure intervention program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 岁； ②诊断为终末期肾脏病且接受维持性血液透析治疗； ③维持性血液透析时间≥3个月，病情稳定者； ④经过血液透析患者常规疲乏筛选存在疲乏症状者， ⑤自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 18 years old; ② Diagnosed with end-stage renal disease and receiving maintenance hemodialysis treatment; ③ Those who have been on maintenance hemodialysis for ≥3 months with stable condition; ④ Those who have undergone routine fatigue screening of hemodialysis patients for the presence of fatigue symptoms. ⑤ Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

①严重精神障碍、认知障碍、语言、视觉、听力障碍者； ②短期内转腹膜透析或行肾移植患者； ③合并肿瘤、感染结核、大型手术、严重创伤等； ④伴随其他器官的重大疾病，如：脑血管疾病、心脏病等。 ⑤穴位按摩处皮肤出现破损或发生感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

①People with severe mental disorders cognitive disorders speech visual and hearing disorders; ② Short-term conversion to peritoneal dialysis or kidney transplant patients; ③ Combined tumors infected tuberculosis major surgery severe trauma and so on; ④ Accompanied by other organs of major diseases such as: cerebrovascular disease heart disease etc.. ⑤ People with broken skin or infection at the acupoint massage place.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在符合伦理原则的前提并获得患者知情同意后，依托医院门诊或住院部的电子病例系统采集患者的基本信息，临床检测结果等电子数据，量表评估由患者本人进行填写，汇总并由研究者进行统一管理。

On the premise of conforming to the ethical principles and obtaining the informed consent of the patients the electronic data management system include a c such as the basic information and clinical test results of the patients were collected by the electronic outpatient or inpatient department of the hospital. The scale evaluation was filled in by the patients themselves summarized and unified managed by the researchers.
