主要目的：通过随机对照试验研究，评价热奄包结合金黄膏外敷治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的疗效及安全性，探索热奄包治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的适宜人群和操作方法。

Objectives of Study：

Through a randomized controlled trial, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rexianbao combined with Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of non-lactation mastitis, and to explore the suitable population and operation method for the treatment of non-lactation mastitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

观察组采用热奄包外敷+金黄膏外敷+常规换药，对照组采用热奄包外敷+常规换药，具体如下： 常规换药： 若肿块破溃，则使用切开或穿刺排脓，用复方黄柏涂剂（山东汉方制药有限公司，国药准字 Z10950097）冲洗伤口，脓腐渐尽后换为溃疡油纱条（中日友好医院院内制剂）外敷，伤口及肿块均用清洁辅料包扎。 热奄包外敷： 1.热奄包内药物包括醋乳香醋、没药、白芷、姜黄等具有活血止痛、温通经络、消肿生肌功效的药物。 2.热奄包热敷方法：与患者沟通，嘱其将热奄包用清水约 120ml 浸湿到不滴水程度，装入微波炉内定 2 级火力，时间3-4min，或用水浸湿后，用蒸锅大火蒸 3min 左右后取出，取出摇匀后 1min 内测定药袋中心温度大于70℃，用毛巾包裹置于皮肤肿块处，待温度稍下降后，再取下毛巾，直接帖皮肤肿块处外敷，药袋温度过低时应及时更换药袋，每次热敷时间约 20min 后擦净局部皮肤，在热敷过程中，嘱患者有皮疹、瘙痒等不良反应停用，并及时向医生说明记录，医生记录。 金黄膏外敷： 在患者肿块处外敷金黄膏（中日友好医院院内制剂），每日一次，每次 6-8 小时。若有破溃，则在溃口周围肿块者外敷金黄膏，伤口及肿块均用清洁辅料包扎。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The observation group was treated with hot pack external application + golden ointment external application + conventional dressing change, and the control group was treated with hot pack external application + conventional dressing change, as follows: Routine dressing change: If the lump is ulcerated, use incision or puncture to drain the pus, and use the compound cork paint (Shandong Hanfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., National Medicine Zhunzi Z10950097) to wash the wound, and replace the ulcer gauze when the pus is exhausted (China-Japan Friendship Hospital preparations) for external application, wounds and lumps are all bandaged with cleansing excipients. External application of hot pack: 1. The medicines in the hot pack include vinegar frankincense vinegar, myrrh, Angelica dahurica, turmeric and other medicines that have the functions of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, warming the meridians, reducing swelling and promoting muscle. 2. Hot compress method: communicate with the patient and ask them to soak the heat pack with about 120ml of clean water to the extent that it does not drip, put it into the microwave oven to set the level 2 fire power, time 3-4min, or after soaking with water, use steam After the pot is steamed on high heat for about 3 minutes, take it out, take it out and shake it, and measure that the center temperature of the medicine bag is greater than 70°C within 1 minute. Wrap it with a towel and place it on the skin bump. After the temperature drops slightly, remove the towel and apply directly to the skin bump. When the temperature of the medicine bag is too low, the medicine bag should be replaced in time, and the local skin should be wiped after about 20 minutes of hot compress. . External application of golden ointment: Apply golden ointment (in-hospital preparation of China-Japan Friendship Hospital) to the patient's tumor, once a day, every 6-8 hours. If there is ulceration, apply golden ointment externally to the lumps around the ulcer. Wounds and lumps shall be bandaged with cleansing accessories.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18-60 周岁患者； 2.符合非哺乳期乳腺炎诊断标准； 3.符合上述临床分期标准（有乳房肿块的患者）； 4.愿意接受热奄包治疗，并签署知情同意书。 5.被纳入研究的非哺乳期乳腺炎患者，研究过程中未使用其他外敷的药物。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Accorded with the diagnostic criteria of non-lactation mastitis; 3. Meet the above clinical staging criteria (patients with breast masses); 4. Be willing to accept the hot election package treatment and sign the informed consent form. 5. The patients with non-lactation mastitis who were included in the study did not use other topical drugs during the study.

排除标准：

1.合并严重肝肾损害、免疫系统原发性疾病、造血系统疾病、内分泌或其他严重疾病； 2.正在参加其他临床研究试验； 3.长期使用激素或免疫抑制剂或其他影响疗效观察的药物； 4.患者有过敏体质或有药物过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe liver and kidney damage, primary diseases of immune system, hematopoietic system diseases, endocrine or other diseases, serious diseases; 2. Participating in other clinical trials; 3. Long-term use of hormones or immunosuppressants or other drugs that affect the observation of the curative effect; 4. The patient has allergic constitution or history of drug allergy.
