研究目的：

1.验证面部红外热像特征与冠心病血瘀证相关性及诊断效能。 2.进一步发现不同狭窄程度冠心病患者在面部特征区域温度与冠脉CT-FFR之间相关性。验证具有评估冠心病血瘀证冠脉血流储备功能的红外热像面部特征。

Objectives of Study：

1.To verify the correlation and diagnostic efficacy of facial infrared thermal characteristics and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. 2.the correlation between facial temperature and coronary CT-FFR was found in patients with coronary heart disease with different degree of stenosis. To verify the facial features of infrared thermography for assessing coronary blood flow reserve in coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）．年龄在25-80岁之间； （2）．拟行冠脉CT检查； （3）．患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）．Aged between 25 and 80; （2）．Coronary CT examination was planned. （3）．Patients sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

既往行完全血运重建CABG史； 新发的急性冠脉综合征；合并严重肝、肾、造血系统、神经系统等原发性疾病及精神病、恶性肿瘤患者；各种原因引起的发热，体温大与 37.3℃；严重感染伴休克或者全身炎症反应系统紊乱而体温正常或紊乱者；短期（1个月以内）发生的脑血管意外； 中度以上贫血；未控制的严重高血压，收缩压大于 180mmHg 或舒张压大于 110mmHg；面部创伤、异物等因素不适合或不能进行红外热像检查；其他特殊情况导致患者无法配合红外热像采集。

Exclusion criteria：

A history of complete revascularization of CABG; New acute coronary syndrome; Patients with serious primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and nervous system, psychosis and malignant tumor; Fever caused by various reasons, body temperature and 37.3℃; Severe infection with shock or disturbance of systemic inflammatory response system with normal or disordered body temperature; Cerebrovascular accidents occurring in a short period (less than 1 month); Moderate or more anemia; Uncontrolled severe hypertension, systolic blood pressure greater than 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 110mmHg; Facial trauma, foreign body and other factors are not suitable for or cannot be examined by infrared thermography; Other special conditions made it impossible for patients to cooperate with infrared thermal imaging.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

完成研究知情同意者，将由研究人员与患者进行前瞻性基线问卷信息采集，内容包括既往病史、冠心病家族史、吸烟评价、BMI/身高/体重、中医四诊信息，血瘀证积分、用药信息及是否存在人为面部特征改变等。将搭建数据电子录入系统，该系统为本研究数据录入唯一支持平台，支持患者问卷信息采集及数据导出、错误上报、意见反馈等功能。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Prospective baseline questionnaire information will be collected by researchers and patients for those who have completed informed consent, including previous medical history, family history of coronary heart disease, smoking evaluation, BMI/ height/weight, information of traditional Chinese medicine, blood stasis score, medication information, and whether there are artificial facial features changes, etc. The electronic data entry system will be set up, which is the only support platform for data entry of this study, supporting patient questionnaire information collection, data export, error reporting, feedback and other functions.
