研究目的：

明确基于“昼精夜瞑”针刺治疗MPDSD修复昼夜节律紊乱的新机制。为中医治疗MPDSD修复昼夜节律紊乱提供科学依据

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the new mechanism of repairing circadian rhythm disorders in MPDSD based on day essence and night closure acupuncture. Provide a scientific basis for the treatment of MPDSD in Chinese medicine to repair circadian rhythm disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

实验组：①诊断为MPDSD（以手机依赖症量表MPAST、睡眠质量量表PSQI和作为诊断标准，同时满足则定义为MPDSD）；②适龄（15-25岁）；③病情稳定；④签署知情同意书。 对照组（健康对照志愿者）：①不满足MPAST、PSQI量表评分标准；②符合排除标准；③依据《诊断学》随机选取健康对照受试者。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosis of MPDSD (MPDSD was defined by using Mobile Phone Dependence Scale MPAST Sleep Quality Inventory PSQI and as the diagnostic criteria if both were satisfied); ② Age appropriate (15-25 years old); ③ Stable medical condition; and ④ Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

实验组/对照组：①不良生活习惯；②有呼吸道疾病、口腔口周疾病等；③近段时间内使用抗生素等药物。

Exclusion criteria：

① bad life habits; ② respiratory diseases oral and perioral diseases etc.; ③ use of antibiotics and other drugs in recent times.

病例记录表（CRF）：本研究采用纸质病例记录表（CRF）收集受试者数据，CRF模板由研究团队与统计学家共同设计，包含基线特征、治疗记录、不良事件等模块。所有数据由研究人员根据原始医疗文件填写，填写后由另一名研究人员进行双人双录入，并通过逻辑核查（如药物剂量与体重匹配性）确保准确性。纸质CRF按受试者ID归档，保存于保密档案室。 电子数据采集（EDC）：电子数据通过REDCap平台管理，eCRF设计采用动态表单（如筛选失败者自动跳过治疗模块）。设置自动计算（如BMI=体重/身高²）和数据导出格式（如SAS、CSV）。
