研究目的：

本项目需要解决综合评估老年人健康状况的方法，将个体-指标-干预之间形成网络关系，充分发挥中医药在预防、干预病症中的优势，对老年人健康进行个体化干预。同时解决如何以信息物理系统为基础架构，通过整合传感器、大数据、人工智能等多项技术，连接信息网络和物理世界，连接医护人员与老年人，实现对老年人的持续性健康监测、动态预警、辅助医疗决策的功能。

Objectives of Study：

This project needs to address the method of comprehensive assessment of the health status of the elderly, forming a network between the individual-indicator-intervention department, give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and intervening diseases, and individualized intervention on the health of the elderly. Simultaneously solve how to use information physics system as the infrastructure, through the integration of sensors, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, connect the information network and the physical world, connect medical staff and the elderly, and achieve continuous health monitoring,Dynamic early warning and auxiliary medical decision-making for the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 符合退行性膝骨关节病诊断标准； 2. 年龄45-80岁； 3. 患者适合并接受中西结合治疗； 4. 患者依从性良好，能够按照方案要求接受临床访视、试验检测及方案所需的其他程序。

Inclusion criteria

1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for degenerative knee osteoarthritis; 2. Aged 45-80 years; 3. Suitable for combined Chinese and Western treatment; 4. The patient has good compliance and can receive clinical visits, tests and other procedures required by the program according to the program requirements.

排除标准：

1. 有膝关节外伤病史，合并有膝关节骨折、脱位，伴有化脓性、非特异性等感染性膝关节炎者等； 2. 合并有肿瘤、结核、血友病性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎等疾病引起的膝关节病变； 3. 有严重胃肠道疾病、严重精神疾病、正处于妊娠或哺乳期妇女；有严重心、肝、肾等重要器官病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. There is a history of knee trauma, combined with knee fracture, dislocation, accompanied by suppurative, non-specific infectious knee arthritis; 3. Combined with tumor, tuberculosis, hemophilic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases caused by knee disease; 4. There are serious gastrointestinal diseases, severe mental illness, women who are pregnant or breast-feeding; those with serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases.
