研究目的：

探讨体外冲击波联合“五虎擒羊”温针灸对肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效和机制研究。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, 82 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were divided into the control group and the treatment group. By observing the changes of VAS, MEPS and DASH scores of the two groups before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy and mechanism of extracorporeal shock wave combined with "Wuhuqinyang" warm acupuncture on external humeral epicondylitis were evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合《实用骨科学》诊断标准。①前臂伸肌慢性损伤史；②肘关节外侧压痛，疼痛可涉及前臂；③前臂伸肌群紧张试验阳性，Mills征阳性；④肘关节影像学检查排除骨性病变。 纳入标准：①符合上述诊断标准；②病程﹤6个月，反复发作；③年龄20—50岁；④自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

It meets the diagnostic criteria of Practical Osteology. ① Chronic injury history of forearm extensor muscle; ② Tenderness on the outside of the elbow joint, which may involve the forearm; ③ The tension test of forearm extensors was positive, and Mills sign was positive; ④ Imaging examination of elbow joint excluded bone lesions. Inclusion criteria: ① meet the above diagnostic criteria; ② Course of disease<6 months, recurrent; ③ Age 20-50; ④ Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并有风湿、类风湿或关节骨折、僵硬等病变；②合并有严重肝肾疾病或精神疾病；③未按规定治疗或中途流失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Complicated with rheumatism, rheumatoid or joint fracture, stiffness and other diseases; ② Complicated with severe liver and kidney disease or mental disease; ③ Patients who are not treated according to the regulations or who are lost midway.
