研究目的：

本课题以齐剑健康和山东大学体育学院联合进行的“健康视力我行动”活动为契机，拟通过随机对照实验探索基于传统医学理论的醒筋元式和醒筋五行式健身气功功法练习对干预儿童青少年视力的效果，旨在为山东省乃至全国儿童青少年视力健康提供科学可行的干预模式。

Objectives of Study：

This topic takes the "Healthy Vision I Action" activity jointly conducted by Qi Jian Health and Shandong University Sports College as an opportunity to explore the effect of the Xingjinyuan Qigong based on the traditional medical theory through randomized controlled experiments. The effect of adolescent myopia is to provide a scientific and feasible intervention model for the vision health of children and adolescents in Shandong Province and even the whole country.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.不存在其他原因引起的眼部疾病，通过询问反馈获取； 2.能够且愿意全程进行醒筋元式站姿训练，能够配合进行眼科检查者； 3.签署知情同意书，父母至少一方。

Inclusion criteria

1. There is no eye disease caused by other reasons, which can be obtained through inquiry and feedback. 2. Able and willing to perform Xingjinyuan Qigong standing training throughout the whole process and able to cooperate with the eye examination. 3. Sign informed consent and at least one parent.

排除标准：

1.使用隐形眼镜者不能纳入； 2.接受角膜塑形术或角膜矫形术者不能纳入； 3.使用针刺疗法者不能纳入； 4.长期使用滴眼液者不能纳入； 5.长期接受眼部按摩者不能纳入。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who use contact lenses cannot be included. 2. Those who have undergone orthokeratology or orthokeratology cannot be included. 3. Those who use acupuncture cannot be included. 4. Those who use eye drops for a long time cannot be included. 5. Those who receive eye massage for a long time cannot be included.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
