研究目的:

(一)采用多模态MRI,通过监测缺血性脑卒中患者急性期治疗前后脑静脉血氧饱和度的变化,探究针刺治疗对不同脑区氧代谢的影响及其对梗死转归的作用。(二)基于多项影像学参数和临床指标,构建针刺治疗促进脑卒中后神经功能恢复的个体化预测模型,为针刺促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复提供现代医学证据。

Objectives of Study:

(1) Using multimodal MRI this study monitors the changes in cerebral venous blood oxygen saturation in patients with ischemic stroke before and after treatment during the acute phase. It aims to explore the impact of acupuncture therapy on oxygen metabolism in different brain regions and its role in the evolution of infarction.(2) Based on multiple imaging parameters and clinical indicators an individualized predictive model for acupuncture - induced promotion of neurological function recovery after stroke is constructed. This provides modern medical evidence for the role of acupuncture in promoting the recovery of neurological functions in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥18岁;2.首次发作的脑卒中患者;3.脑卒中症状出现时间<48小时;4.美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分3分以上,发病前改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分0~2分;5.MRI证实单侧大脑中动脉供血区急性脑梗死(DWI图像示高信号,ADC图像示低信号);6.头颅NCCT证实无颅内出血;7.自愿加入本研究,并签署“知情同意书”者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years old;2. Patients experiencing their first - ever stroke;3. Time of stroke symptom onset < 48 hours;4. National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score above 3 points and pre - modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score between 0 and 2 points;5. MRI - confirmed acute cerebral infarction in the territory supplied by the middle cerebral artery on one side (high signal on DWI images and low signal on ADC images);6. Non - contrast computed tomography (NCCT) of the head confirms no intracranial hemorrhage;7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the "informed consent form."

排除标准:

1.治疗前后影像学检查不完整或图像质量不足做出诊断或无法准确测量;2.既往有脑外伤或脑手术病史者;3.合并有其他相关的肿瘤、先天性结构异常、神经精神疾病、慢性感染与炎症、头伤和癫痫病史等;4.临床信息不全或失访。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Incomplete imaging examinations before and after treatment or images of insufficient quality for diagnosis or accurate measurement;2. Individuals with a history of brain trauma or brain surgery;3. Having other related conditions such as tumors congenital structural abnormalities neuropsychiatric diseases chronic infections and inflammation head injuries and a history of epilepsy;4. Incomplete clinical information or being lost to follow - up.
