研究目的：

多维探讨卵巢癌患者心理健康状况、人格特征与中医体质证型及神经内分泌免疫状态的关系；评估调神干预对卵巢癌病人情绪、生活质量的调节作用，并从免疫学的角度揭示“调神治癌”的机制。

Objectives of Study：

Multidimensionally explore the relationship between mental health status and personality characteristics of ovarian cancer patients with TCM constitutional syndrome types and neuroendocrine immune status; evaluate the regulating effect of the mind-regulating intervention on the mood and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients, and reveal the "mental mind" from the perspective of immunology The mechanism of cancer treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）术后病理明确诊断为卵巢癌的患者（NCCN卵巢癌临床实践指南2019版）； （2）年龄>18周岁，小学及以上文化程度、能独立完成问卷填写； （3）生活质量量表评分（功能领域<40分；症状领域>60分）； （4）患者知情同意，愿意填写相关量表及进行实验室检查，并能够配合长期随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients whose postoperative pathology is clearly diagnosed as ovarian cancer (NCCN Ovarian Cancer Clinical Practice Guidelines 2019 Edition); (2) Age> 18 years old, primary school education or above, able to complete the questionnaire independently; (3) Score of the quality of life scale (function area <40 points; symptom area>60 points); (4) The patient has informed consent, is willing to fill in relevant scales and conduct laboratory tests, and can cooperate with long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）既往有其它精神疾病病史； （2）合并有严重心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病，或存在严重基础疾病； （3）合并严重感染性疾病； （4）入组时正在接受其他临床实验； （5）有自杀行为倾向。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Past history of other mental illnesses; (2) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, or serious underlying diseases; (3) Combined with severe infectious diseases; (4) Other clinical trials are being accepted at the time of enrollment; (5) Have suicidal behavior.
