研究目的：

1.评价导气归神推拿对卒中后运动功能的疗效； 2.研究导气归神推拿对患者静息态脑功能网络影响； 3.在揭示卒中患者运动力学特征的基础上，研究导气归神推拿对运动力学的脑调控作用，最终阐明导气归神推拿大脑中枢机制，为导气归神推拿治疗本病提供脑科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the therapeutic effect of guiding qi and returning spirit massage on post-stroke motor function; 2. Study the effect of guiding qi and returning spirit massage on the resting state brain functional network of patients; On the basis of revealing the characteristics of motor mechanics in stroke patients this study aims to investigate the brain regulatory effects of Qi guided and Shen guided tuina on motor mechanics and ultimately clarify the central mechanism of Qi guided and Shen guided tuina in the brain providing a neuroscience basis for the treatment of this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合缺血性脑卒中中西医诊断标准； （2）年龄35 - 75 岁，性别不限，右利手； （3）首次或第二次中风，病程0.5-6个月； （4）Brunnstrom 分期评定Ⅱ期及以上； （5）患者神志清楚，生命体征平稳，无严重的认知障碍[简易智力量表（mini-mental state examination，MMSE）≥24 分]； （6）患者本人或家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Age 35-75 years regardless of gender right-handed; (3) First or second stroke duration of disease 0.5-6 months; (4)Brunnstrom staging assessment stage II and above; (5) Patients are conscious with stable vital signs and no severe cognitive impairment [mini-mental state examination (MMSE) ≥ 24 points]; (6) The patient or family member signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）非中风病引发的肢体运动障碍者； （2）不能配合检查和治疗者； （3）有严重的心脏、消化系统、泌尿系统、恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病等可能危及生命的疾病； （4）妊娠期或有妊娠意向的妇女、哺乳期妇女； （5）正参与其他中风病相关临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with limb movement disorders not caused by stroke; (2) People who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; (3) Serious diseases that may endanger life such as heart digestive system urinary system malignant tumors and hematological disorders; (4) Women who are pregnant or intend to become pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) People who are participating in other stroke-related clinical trials.

本研究的随机序列由专门的研究助理使用SPSS 23.0软件生成，随机数字被装入不透光的牛皮纸信封中保存。该研究助理不参与受试者的招募、治疗随访以及数据处理等工作。

The random sequence of this study was generated by a special research assistant using SPSS 23.0 software and the random numbers were stored in opaque kraft paper envelopes. The research assistant does not participate in the recruitment of subjects treatment follow-up and data processing.

盲法：

由于推拿干预的特殊性，本研究不对受试者与临床治疗者施盲，仅对评估人员和数据分析人员施盲。 （1）设置 1-2 名独立且固定的疗效评价人员，在接受统一培训后方可进行评价工作，以做到对评价人员的盲法，并尽量保证各类量表评价的一致性。 （2）整个试验均由独立的统计人员进行 CRF 数据的监察、录入及统计分析，以做到对统计人员的盲法。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of massage this study does not blind the subjects and clinical therapists but only the evaluators and data analysts. (1) Set up 1-2 independent and fixed efficacy evaluators and carry out the evaluation work after receiving unified training so as to blind the evaluators and try to ensure the consistency of the evaluation of various scales. (2) The entire trial was monitored input and statistical analysis of CRF data by independent statisticians to achieve blinding of statisticians.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者、监察员和数据管理员密切配合进行数据管理。主要涉及四方面：数据采集、录入、监查、数据管理。数据采集与录入是根据受试者的原始观察记录，保证将数据正确完整及时的载入CRF。数据采集采用CRF表进行原始记录，excel表格形式进行存储及统计分析；电子数据管理是根据fNIRS检测结果建立数据库，以供分析。 数据管理注意事项： （1）报告表上的内容不应涂改，如需更正，则将原数据划去，填上更正的数据，应由更正者签字并注明日期（只有数据录入员及其授权的人员可以修改CRF）。原数据被改正后仍要保证能看清。 （2）对于完成的病例报告表在数据录入员、数据管理员之间的传送应有专门的记录，收到时应有相应的签名，记录需妥善保存。 （3）研究文件（包括知情同意书、CRF等）的存档需由专人专柜并上锁保管，电子资料如fNIRS检测数据等需由专人（两人以上）保存。 （4）CRF上的修改必须有医生的签名、日期。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers supervisors and data administrators work closely to manage data. It mainly involves four aspects: data acquisition input monitoring and data management. Data acquisition and input are based on the original observation records of the subjects to ensure that the data are correctly completely and timely loaded into the CRF. The data collection adopts CRF table for original record and excel table for storage and statistical analysis; Electronic data management is to establish a database based on fNIRS test results for analysis. Precautions for data management: (1) The contents of the report form shall not be altered. If correction is required the original data shall be crossed out and the corrected data shall be filled in which shall be signed and dated by the corrector (only the data entry clerk and his authorized personnel can modify the CRF). The original data should still be clear after correction. (2) There shall be special records for the transmission of the completed case report form be
