研究目的：

本研究是基于真实世界的病例对照分析、临床观察、数据挖掘及队列研究。通过观察XFC、HQC、WWT治疗前后患者的临床指标、患者感受、免疫炎症通路相关指标的变化，对指标、通路、患者感受之间的关联性进行数据挖掘分析，客观评价XFC、HQC、WWT的临床疗效，更好地服务于广大患者。

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on real-world case-control analysis clinical observation data mining and cohort study. By observing the changes in clinical indicators patient feelings and indicators related to the immune inflammatory pathway of patients before and after XFC HQC and WWT treatments data mining and analysis were conducted on the correlations among the indicators pathways and patient feelings to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of XFC HQC and WWT and better serve the majority of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎和痛风性关节炎诊断标准的湿热证和寒湿证患者；2.年龄18～75岁；3.依从性良好，无中药药物过敏史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with damp-heat syndrome and cold-dampness syndrome who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis ankylosing spondylitis rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis; 2. Age: 18 to 75 years old; 3. Good compliance and no history of allergy to traditional Chinese medicine drugs.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁，＞75岁； 2.临床资料不完整、不配合随访、失访； 3.合并有心血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统严重疾病及严重关节外病变，如高热不退、肾脏淀粉样变、中枢神经系统血管炎等； 4. 精神病； 5.孕妇及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <18 years old > 75 years old; 2. Incomplete clinical data non-cooperation with follow-up and loss to follow-up; 3. There are severe diseases of the cardiovascular liver kidney hematopoietic system and severe extrarticular lesions such as persistent high fever renal amyloidosis central nervous system vasculitis etc. 4. Mental illness 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
