研究目的：

明确术前 24 小时应用耳穴贴压治疗对预防全膝关节置换术后恶心呕吐的的临床疗效，探讨其可能的作用机制，为 TKA 围术期呕吐管理方面规范应用提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical effect of auricular plaster therapy 24 hours before TKA on the prevention of nausea and vomiting after total knee arthroplasty, and explore its possible mechanism, so as to provide scientific basis for the standardized application of perioperative vomiting management of TKA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.因膝骨关节炎需要行全膝关节置换手术患者，美国麻醉医师协会分级（ASA）I~II级，预计麻醉手术时间超过 1h； 2.采用腰硬联合麻醉，术后接受静脉患者自控镇痛（PCIA）； 3.患者自愿参加本次研究，并签署知情同意者； 4.无耳穴贴压法绝对禁忌症患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who need total knee arthroplasty due to knee osteoarthritis are classified by American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, and the operation time is expected to be more than 1 hour; 2. Combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia was used, and postoperative intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (PCIA) was performed; 3. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent; 4. There was no absolute contraindication of auricular plaster therapy.

排除标准：

1.术前 24h 有恶心呕吐史，4 周内有化疗史或 8 周内有放疗史，1 周内使用过激素者； 2.并存在其他易影响观察结果的疾病者，肝肾功能异常者等； 3.以及观察者认为不适合参加本次实验者； 4.患者不配合，导致干预措施无法实施者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients who had nausea and vomiting 24 hours before operation, chemotherapy within 4 weeks or radiotherapy within 8 weeks, and hormone use within 1 week; 2. There are other diseases that easily affect the observation results, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; 3. Patients are not suitable to participate in the experiment; 4. Patients do not cooperate, resulting in intervention measures can not be implemented.
