研究目的：

1明确火行人和水行人自上而下和自下而上注意加工特征的差异。 2 明确火行人和水行人的大脑结构差异。 3 明确火行人和水行人差异的神经生化基础。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the differences in top-down versus bottom-up attentional processing between Fire-constitution and Water-constitution individuals. To identify structural brain differences between Fire-constitution and Water-constitution individuals. To elucidate the neurochemical substrates underlying the observed differences between Fire-constitution and Water-constitution individuals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-40岁； ②自愿并签署知情同意书者； ③根据课题组前期制订的《中医五行（形）人面部表型分类量化规范》及“中医五行人心身特征的定性研究”，由三位培训合格的主治中医医师进行一致性判定，符合典型火行人和水行人者； ④根据课题组前期构建的基于3D面部特征的中医五行人深度学习分类模型中火行人或水行人典型面部的概率≥0.8，认为符合典型火行人和水行人者； ⑤根据课题组前期指定的“中医五行人人格量表”，分别在火行人和水行人人格亚量表中得分≥80分（总分100分）者； 对符合条件①和②的被试，先按条件③进行初筛，符合条件③的被试，再按条件④和⑤同时测评，同时符合条件④和⑤者则予以纳入。

Inclusion criteria

① Aged 18 - 40 years old; ②Volunteers who sign the informed consent form; ③Individuals who are identified as typical fire - walking or water - walking types by three trained and qualified Chinese medicine physicians based on the Classification and Quantification Standards for Facial Phenotypes of Traditional Chinese Five - Element (Form) Individuals and the Qualitative Study on the Mind - Body Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Five - Element Individuals developed by the research team; ④Individuals whose probability of typical fire - walking or water - walking facial features as assessed by the research team's previously developed deep - learning classification model based on 3D facial features is ≥0.8; ⑤Individuals who score ≥80 (out of 100) on both the fire - walking and water - walking personality subscales of the Traditional Chinese Five - Element Personality Scale developed by the research team. For participants meeting criteria ① and ② initial screening will be conducted based on criterion ③. Those passing the initial screening will then be evaluated using criteria ④ and ⑤ simultaneously. Only those who meet both criteria ④ and ⑤ will be included in the study.

排除标准：

①患有器质性疾病或精神疾患，不能配合检查者； ②心理筛查量表提示精神异常者； ③3D面部信息采集过程中不能配合者； ④问卷资料不全者； ⑤有明确脑部病变、手术史，或有幽闭恐惧症等其他不适合核磁共振检查的情况； ⑥面部有先天缺陷者或者后天严重改变者； ⑦中途退出者； ⑧不能理解配合检查者； 符合以上标准1条者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

①Participants with organic diseases or mental disorders that hinder cooperation in the examination; ②Participants with abnormal mental status as indicated by psychological screening scales; ③Participants unable to cooperate during 3D facial data collection; ④Participants with incomplete questionnaire data; ⑤Participants with a clear history of cerebral lesions or surgery or with conditions such as claustrophobia that make magnetic resonance imaging unsuitable; ⑥Participants with congenital facial defects or severe postnatal facial alterations; ⑦Participants who withdraw midway; ⑧Participants unable to understand and cooperate with the examination; Participants meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded.
