研究目的：

评价朗佑堂中药药浴乳沐圣舒改善特应性皮炎患者皮损、缓解皮肤瘙痒的效果。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness of Langyoutang Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath Milk "Mu Sheng Shu" in improving skin lesions and relieving skin itching in patients with atopic dermatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a.符合特应性皮炎Williams诊断标准； b.性别不限，年龄18-50岁； c.靶皮损直径在2-10 cm，位于四肢或躯干部位； d.湿疹面积及严重程度指数(eczema area and severity index， EASI)≤21分的轻中度特应性皮炎； e.治疗前皮损面积＜10%体表面积(按手掌法评估，以患者手掌面积定为1%)； f.签署知情同意书，自愿参加本课题，能坚持按照要求定期随访。

Inclusion criteria

a. Meets the Williams diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis; b. Gender is not limited age range is 18-50 years old; c. The target skin lesion has a diameter of 2-10 cm and is located in the limbs or trunk; d. Mild to moderate atopic dermatitis with an eczema area and severity index (EASI) score of ≤ 21; e. The area of skin lesions before treatment is less than 10% of the body surface area (evaluated by the palm method with the patient's palm area defined as 1%); f. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily participate in this project and adhere to regular follow-up as required.

排除标准：

a.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； b.三个月内接受过AD系统治疗，近两周内接受过局部治疗或光疗； c.有严重心、肺、胃肠道、肝、肾等系统性疾病或精神疾病； d.患有可能影响试验结果评价的全身性疾病或活动性的皮肤疾病(如银屑病)； e.患处有瘢痕、胎记、纹身、晒斑等可能会影响对皮损评价的患者； f.患处并发细菌、病毒及真菌感染需应用抗感染治疗的患者； g.一个月内参加了或正在参加其它试验产品临床研究的患者； h.有沟通障碍，不能自主完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Pregnant or lactating women; b. Received AD system treatment within three months, and received local treatment or phototherapy within the past two weeks; c. Having serious systemic diseases such as heart, lung, gastrointestinal, liver, kidney, or mental illnesses; d. Suffering from systemic diseases or active skin diseases (such as psoriasis) that may affect the evaluation of test results; e. Patients with scars, birthmarks, tattoos, sunspots, etc. on the affected area that may affect the evaluation of skin lesions; f. Patients with concurrent bacterial, viral, and fungal infections in the affected area who require anti infective treatment; g. Patients who have participated or are currently participating in clinical trials of other experimental products within one month; h. Individuals with communication barriers who are unable to independently complete the questionnaire survey.
