研究目的：

探讨将中医的穴位按摩手法应用于口腔运动干预，对早产儿尽实现经喂养进程的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of acupoint massage techniques of traditional Chinese medicine on oral exercise intervention, and to realize the effect of feeding process on premature infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 病情稳定，接受全管饲喂养的早产儿； 2. 停止机械辅助通气≥48小时； 3. 患儿家属知情同意且签署知情同意书，依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

1. stable condition, receiving preterm infants fed with whole tube feeding; 2. stop mechanical assisted ventilation >= 48 hours; 3. Children with informed consent and signed informed consent, compliance is good.

排除标准：

1. 严重新生儿窒息及心肺疾病，病情不稳定的早产儿； 2. 先天性食道闭锁及各种口腔、胃肠道畸形，需要暂禁食减压者； 3. 患有先天性遗传代谢疾病者及消化道畸形影响经口喂养者 ； 4. 合并严重发症如支气管肺发育不良、第三四脑室出血、坏死性小肠结肠炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe neonatal asphyxia and cardiopulmonary disease, premature infants with unstable conditions; 2. congenital esophageal atresia and various oral and gastrointestinal malformations, need to temporarily fast decompression; 3. those with congenital genetic metabolic diseases and gastrointestinal malformations affect oral feeding; 4. combined with serious symptoms such as bronchopulmonary dysplasia, third and fourth ventricle hemorrhage, necrotizing enterocolitis.
