完善和推广规范化的中西医结合耳鸣诊疗方案，全面提升基层医院耳鸣整体疗效，从而实现规范化中西医结合耳鸣诊疗方案—“耳鸣综合疗法”的优化和推广

Objectives of Study：

To improve and promote the standardized Tinnitus Diagnosis and treatment program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, comprehensively improve the overall efficacy of tinnitus in primary hospitals, so as to realize the optimization and promotion of standardized Tinnitus Diagnosis and treatment program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine - "tinnitus comprehensive therapy"

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

⑴ 20-60岁符合特发性耳鸣诊断标准的患者； ⑵ 在接受本研究方法期间接受相同的耳鸣综合疗法的基础治疗方案者；并停用其他可能影响本方法疗效评判的治疗或药物者； ⑶ 第一主诉以耳鸣为主要症状； ⑷ 患者同意参加本试验，并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 20-60 years old patients with idiopathic tinnitus; (2) those who received the same basic treatment plan of tinnitus comprehensive therapy during the period of receiving this research method, and stopped other treatments or drugs that may affect the evaluation of the efficacy of this method; (3) tinnitus was the main symptom of the first complaint; (4) the patients agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

⑴ 本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其他临床试验； ⑵ 伴有心、肾、肝脏等严重疾病、恶性肿瘤患者（除非已手术切除，5年以上无复发）或有全身感染或传染性疾病者； ⑶ 无其他耳疾史； ⑷ 不愿意提供病史材料或材料不完善的患者，不能合作者或脱失者； ⑸ 依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study; (2) patients with heart, kidney, liver and other serious diseases, malignant tumors (except those who have been surgically removed and have no recurrence for more than 5 years) or systemic infection or infectious diseases; (3) no other ear diseases; (4) patients who are not willing to provide medical history materials or whose materials are not perfect, those who can not cooperate with them or lose them; (5) patients with poor compliance.
