研究目的：

主要目的：评价柴胡疏肝散治疗早泄共抑郁疾病的疗效以及探索其调控机制、寻找与此相关的子网络及关键脑区。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of premature ejaculation and co-depressive disease, and to explore its regulatory mechanism and search for related subnetworks and key brain regions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合上述西医诊断及中医辨证标准； 2.18～45周岁； 3.初中及以上文化程度； 4.汉族； 5.右利手； 6.稳定性伴侣6月以上； 7.IIEF-5评分>21分； 8.8分≤HAMD评分≤17分。

Inclusion criteria

1.In line with the diagnosis of western medicine and Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards; 2.Aged 18 to 45 years; 3.Junior high school education or above; 4.The han nationality; 5.Right-handed; 6.Stable sexual partner for more than 6 months; 7.IIEF-5 score > 21; 8.HAMD score 8-17.

排除标准：

1.合并其他性功能障碍； 2.配偶有性功能障碍； 3.系统性疾病，合并严重躯体疾病，如心血管、肝、肾、内分泌、造血、神经系统疾病和过去6个月内有药物/酒精或物质滥用史以及长期服抗精神病药物史或精神障碍性疾病； 4.入组前半个月内曾服用影响射精功能的药物； 5.目前正在参加，或在过去30天内退出了另一项与本研究不相容的临床研究； 6.磁共振检查禁忌者； 7.有自杀倾向者； 8.近三月内有生育要求的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other sexual dysfunction; 2.The spouse has sexual dysfunction; 3.Systemic disease with severe physical diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, hematopoietic, nervous system diseases, and a history of drug/alcohol or substance abuse within the past 6 months, as well as a history of long-term antipsychotic medication or mental disorders; 4.Into the group before half a month had affect ejaculation function of drugs; 5.Currently participating in, or has withdrawn within the past 30 days from, another clinical study that is not compatible with this study; 6.MRI examination contraindicated; 7.Suicidal tendencies; 8.There are fertility requirements in the next three months.
