研究目的：

考察郁病的近红外脑功能成像特征，并将治疗前、治疗后的郁病患者进行近红外脑功能成像检测，考察病员近红外脑功能成像变化特征，争取找到能够监测疾病治疗进展反应治疗疗效的脑功能影像学指标。

Objectives of Study：

The NIR imaging characteristics of depression were investigated, and the NIR imaging characteristics of depression patients before and after treatment were detected, and the NIR imaging characteristics of the patients were investigated, so as to find the brain functional imaging indicators that could monitor the treatment progress and response of the treatment efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)中医郁病诊断标准：中医分类采用《实用中医内科学》（王永炎、严世芸主编，上海科学技术出版社，第2版，2009年）的分法。 2)18-50 周岁； 3)符合郁病的临床表现； 4)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Diagnostic criteria for depression of traditional Chinese medicine: classification of traditional Chinese medicine was based on the classification method of Applied Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine (edited by Wang Yongyan and Yan Shiyun, Shanghai Science and Technology Press, 2nd edition, 2009). 2) The age of 18 to 50 years. 3) Consistent with the clinical manifestations of depression. 4) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 排除共病和其他疾病，如精神分裂症，合并躯体疾病及脑器质性疾病，癫痫病史； 2) 精神活性物质滥用者或酗酒； 3) 服用影响心脑血管系统和精神神经系统的药物 4) 近 3 月内接受电休克治疗者（ECT）； 5) 妊娠及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Comorbidities and other diseases, such as schizophrenia, associated physical diseases and brain organic diseases, and a history of epilepsy were excluded; 2) Psychoactive substance abusers or alcoholics; 3) Take drugs that affect the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and the mental nervous system 4) Patients who received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the last 3 months; 5) Pregnant and lactating women.
