评价基于物联网的中医“治未病”健康管理干预对脑卒中高危人群脑血管功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate effect of the health management service model with Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristics based on the Internet of Things on the populations with high-risk of stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①年龄40至70岁，且具备完全认知行为能力， ②依据国家卫健委脑防委推荐的《卒中筛查与防治技术规范》，卒中风险筛查评估≥3分，或有短暂性脑缺血发作，或既往有脑卒中者， ③对本次研究内容知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Between the age of 40 and 70 years old and with full cognitive behavioral capability; 2.Stroke risk score >= 3, or with a history of Transient Ischemic Attacks; 3.Informed consent was obtained from the participants.

排除标准：

①精神异常， ②患有严重肝、肾功能损害，

Exclusion criteria：

1.With psychiatric disorder; 2.With severe impairment of liver and kidney function.
