研究目的：

肌少症是常见的老年病症，严重危害患者健康，也会给家庭、社会带来沉重的经济负担。中医食疗在慢性疾病的防治中具有一定的特色，且方法简便安全。探索研究便捷有效的预防干预老年肌少症的方法，有效防治肌少症的发生与发展，对提高老年人的健康水平及生活质量，更好地传承发展中医护理的特色优势，促进健康老龄化具有重要意义。本研究拟在中医药理论指导下，根据“药食同源”理论，在文献回顾的基础上，以社区老年肌少症患者为研究对象，应用本校名中医经验方制备而成的食疗膏剂（参芪膏）进行干预，旨在探索中医食疗在老年病防治中的应用效果，为临床提供便捷有效的干预方法，早预防、早干预，改善老年肌少症患者脾肾功能及促进肌肉健康，减少肌少症的发生率，提高老年人生活质量及健康水平。

Objectives of Study：

Sarcopenia is a common elderly disease that seriously endangers the health of patients and can also bring heavy economic burdens to families and society. Traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy has certain characteristics in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the methods are simple and safe. Exploring and researching convenient and effective methods for preventing and intervening in elderly sarcopenia effectively preventing and treating the occurrence and development of sarcopenia is of great significance for improving the health level and quality of life of the elderly better inheriting and developing the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and promoting healthy aging. This study aims to explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine dietary therapy in the prevention and treatment of geriatric diseases. Based on the theory of "medicine and food are of the same origin" and literature review the study focuses on elderly patients with sarcopenia in the community. The therapeutic paste (Shenqi Paste) prepared by our school's traditional Chinese medicine experience formula is used for intervention. The goal is to provide convenient and effective intervention methods for clinical practice early prevention and intervention improve spleen and kidney function and promote muscle health in elderly patients with sarcopenia reduce the incidence of sarcopenia and improve the quality of life and health level of the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①确诊肌少症诊断标准；②年龄为60~85周岁；③符合中医辨证诊断属脾肾亏虚型者；④自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnostic criteria for diagnosing sarcopenia; ② Age range is 60-85 years old; ③ Those who meet the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of spleen and kidney deficiency type; ④ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①体内植入金属设备或电子医疗仪器，如安装起搏器等禁忌使用生物电阻抗；②合并心、肝及造血系统等身体功能严重异常的患者；③精神情志障碍疾病（精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症等）无法合作者；④合并恶性肿瘤、严重感染、严重消化道出血、活动性肺结核等影响营养状况的疾病；⑤肢体残疾，不愿参与研究或不能完成随访；⑥对治疗依从性不佳的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Metal devices or electronic medical instruments implanted in the body such as pacemakers are prohibited from using bioelectrical impedance Patients with severe abnormalities in physical functions such as heart liver and hematopoietic system; ③ Individuals with mental and emotional disorders (such as schizophrenia depression anxiety etc.) who are unable to cooperate; ④ Combining malignant tumors severe infections severe gastrointestinal bleeding active pulmonary tuberculosis and other diseases that affect nutritional status; ⑤ Physical disability unwillingness to participate in research or inability to complete follow-up; ⑥ For patients with poor treatment compliance.
