研究目的：

评价归脾胶囊在实际临床中治疗心脾两虚型失眠症的有效性和安全性

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Guipi Capsule in the treatment of heart-spleen deficiency type insomnia in actual clinical practice

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合《睡眠障碍国际分类 (第3版) 》( ICSD-3)中失眠症的诊断标准； (2) 符合《失眠症中医临床实践指南》中相关诊断标准，属心脾两虚证； (3) 18周岁≤年龄≤75岁，性别不限； (4) 同意接受单用或在当前治疗方案的基础上替换或联用归脾胶囊的患者； (5) 依从性好，自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (3rd edition) (ICSD-3); (2) Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Insomnia in Chinese Medicine" and belong to the syndrome of deficiency of the heart and spleen; (3) 18 years old ≤ age ≤ 75 years old gender is not limited; (4) Patients who agree to accept the use of Guisheng Capsules alone or in replacement or combination with the current treatment regimen; (5) Good compliance voluntary participation in the study and signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 孕期或哺乳期妇女； (2) 外感发热及有口渴、尿黄、便秘等内热表现患者； (3) 由于语言、视力、智力障碍等原因无法理解并完成相关量表内容的受试者； (4) 合并严重精神疾病（如精神分裂症、心境障碍）、严重肝肾功能损伤的受试者； (5) 活动性恶性肿瘤疾病患者； (6) 对本次试验药物的任何成分过敏者； (7) 目前或过去1个月内参加任何其他临床试验； (8) 入组前1个月使用过归脾类产品的受试者； (9) 经研究者判断不适合参加本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with external fever and internal heat manifestations such as thirst yellowish urine and constipation; (3) Subjects who are unable to understand and complete the content of the relevant scale due to language visual or intellectual disabilities; (4) Subjects with comorbid serious mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia mood disorder) serious liver and kidney function impairment; (5) Subjects with active malignant neoplastic disease; (6) Subjects who are allergic to any component of the drug in this trial; (7) Participation in any other clinical trial currently or within the past 1 month; (8) Subjects who have used a reversionary product in the 1 month prior to enrollment; (9) Unsuitable for participation in this study as judged by the investigator.
