药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)间隔6个月以上，连续两次CT报告影像学诊断为GGN ; (2)年龄:18 周岁以上成年人 ;(3)临床及影像学资料均完整;(4) 神志清楚，理解能力正常 ;(5)患者已获知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) GGN was diagnosed by two consecutive CT reports at an interval of more than 6 months; (2) Age: adults over 18 years old; (3) Clinical and imaging data were complete; (4) clear mind and normal understanding ability; (5) The patient has obtained informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)肺结节变化未知者;(2)正在接受靶向、化疗、免疫治 疗者;(3)已诊断为其他(排除肺部)恶性肿瘤者;(4)神志混乱，理 解能力较差者 ;(5)临床及影像学资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) those with unknown changes in lung nodules; (2) those undergoing targeted therapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy; (3) those diagnosed with other (excluding lung) malignant tumors; (4) those who are confused and have poor comprehension ability; and (5) those incomplete clinical and imaging data.
