研究目的：

针对精神分裂症患者人群，基于临床数据，总结精神分裂症的中医证候学规律，制订《精神分裂症的中医诊疗指南》，并作为指南在全国推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

According to the schizophrenic population, based on the clinical data, the TCM syndrome law of schizophrenia is summarized, and the TCM diagnosis and treatment guide of schizophrenia is formulated, which is used as the guide to promote and apply in the whole country.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄特征18-65岁的患者； 2. 符合国际精神障碍诊断与分类第10版(ICD-10)中精神分裂症的诊断标准； 3. 生命体征平稳。 同时符合上述三项者，方可入选。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. It conforms to the diagnostic standard of schizophrenia in ICD-10; 3. The vital signs are stable. Only those who meet the above three requirements can be selected.

排除标准：

1. 严重失语、失认，无法沟通； 2. 伴有严重的或不稳定的心、肝、肾、内分泌、血液、免疫等内科疾病者； 3. 严重脑器质性疾病，严重语言或听力障碍,智力发育迟滞； 4. 1年内有酒精和药物依赖者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe aphasia, loss of recognition, inability to communicate; 2. With serious or unstable heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood, immune and other medical diseases; 3. Serious brain organic disease, serious language or hearing impairment, mental retardation; 4. Alcohol and drug dependence within 1 year.
