研究目的：

基于中医临床及发展智能医疗的需求，立足于“目为肝之窍”的中医理论，针对目前中医证候判识缺少量化的观测指标及标准，以及各种慢性肝病进展后期所导致的肝纤维化及早期肝硬化缺少简便可靠的无创诊断方法的问题，研发一种可穿戴的中医肝病智能目诊系统(设备)。 本研究项目主要利用“互联网+大数据”技术、计算机视觉技术，研发一种便于普及的可携带的中医肝病病情监控、辅助诊断的系统级解决方案。包括前端的头戴式眼睛智能拍照云终端，眼部图像半监督多标签标注，基于云计算架构的病情预测与诊断。实现可以通过对眼睛（眼表及眼底）的图像分析，可以准确判别疾病程度及中医证候，且可以让医生及患者实时了解疾病的治疗进展情况及临床疗效，全程记录患者病情，通过云计算平台实现肝病及中医证候信息的大数据信息挖掘，建立包含多源异构数据的肝病眼部特征数据库。 本研究项目旨在建立基于眼部特征监测的中医肝病目诊方法和定量评价体系，构建一套适用于中医肝病临床试诊的头戴式眼部图片信息采集云终端和中医肝病研究的综合检索解决方案。 本研究项目由上海市申康医院发展中心资助（项目编号：），由上海中医药大学附属曙光医院伦理委员会审议，是遵从中国国家相关法规和赫尔辛基宣言等保护受试者权益的伦理原则的。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the clinical needs of Chinese medicine and the development of intelligent medical treatment, based on the theory of Chinese medicine that "the purpose is the know-how of the liver", a wearable intelligent visual diagnosis system (equipment) for Chinese medicine liver diseases is developed to solve the problems of lack of quantitative observation indexes and standards for TCM syndrome identification and lack of simple and reliable non-invasive diagnosis methods for liver fibrosis and early cirrhosis caused by various chronic liver diseases. This research project mainly uses "internet plus Big Data" technology and computer vision technology to develop a portable system-level solution for monitoring and assisting diagnosis of liver diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Comprises a head-mounted intelligent eye photographing cloud terminal at the front end, semi-supervised multi-label labeling of eye images, and disease prediction and diagnosis based on cloud computing architecture. Through the image analysis of eyes (eye surface and fundus), the disease degree and TCM syndrome can be accurately identified, and doctors and patients can know the treatment progress and clinical curative effect of the disease in real time, record the patient's condition in the whole process, realize the big data information mining of liver disease and TCM syndrome information through cloud computing platform, and establish a liver disease eye feature database containing multi-source heterogeneous data. The purpose of this research project is to establish the visual diagnosis method and quantitative evaluation system of TCM liver disease based on eye characteristic monitoring, and to construct a set of head-mounted eye picture information collection cloud terminal and comprehensive retrieval solution for TCM liver disease research. This research project is funded by Shanghai Shen Kang Hospital Development Center (ProjectNo.:), and reviewed by the Ethics Committee of Shuguang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It complies with the ethical principles of protecting subjects' rights and interests, such as China's relevant national laws and regulations and Helsinki Declaration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①年龄20～70周岁(含)之间，性别不限； ②符合乙肝肝硬化疾病诊断标准； ③肝胆湿热证组：符合疾病诊断标准及肝胆湿热证标准； ④肝肾阴虚证组：符合疾病及肝肾阴虚证标准； ⑤隐证组：符合疾病及隐证标准； ⑥正常对照组：选择与病例组性别、年龄相匹配的健康志愿者； ⑦本人或其监护人同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 20 and 70 years old (inclusive); 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B cirrhosis; 3. Liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome group: meeting the criteria of disease diagnosis and liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome; 4. Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome group: meeting the standards of disease and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome; 5. Hidden syndrome group: meeting the criteria of disease and hidden syndrome; 6. Normal control group: Healthy volunteers matched with the gender and age of the case group were selected; 7. The person or his guardian agrees to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并结膜炎、结膜出血，眼部外伤，手术眼等眼科疾病； ②有甲、丙、丁和戊型肝炎等病毒重叠感染，脂肪肝、或其它重型肝炎者； ③合并心、肺、脑、内分泌、造血、神经等其他系统疾病及对药物过敏者； ④合并恶性肿瘤、结缔组织疾病者；明确有其他重要疾病者 ⑤妊娠或哺乳期妇女、过敏体质者； ⑥有精神类疾患不能配合者； ⑦参加其他临床试验或研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with conjunctivitis, conjunctival hemorrhage, ocular trauma, surgical eye and other ophthalmic diseases; 2. There are overlapping infections of hepatitis A, C, D and E, fatty liver, or other severe hepatitis; 3. Patients with heart, lung, brain, endocrine, hematopoiesis, nerve and other systemic diseases and allergic to drugs; 4. Patients with malignant tumor and connective tissue disease; Clearly have other important diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women and allergic people; 6. Those who have mental disorders can't cooperate; 7. Those who participate in other clinical trials or other situations that researchers think are not suitable for enrollment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.由在读研究生组成的固定的信息采集小组以预约定点方式进行眼睛图像的拍摄、人口学资料、以及四诊信息的采集，根据CRF表采集四诊信息，并在采集小组人员指导下，由患者本人填写中医肝病PRO量表。 2.理化检查：记录肝肾功能、血脂、血糖及MRI PDFF、Fibrotouch等实际测得数值。 3.所有临床资料均录入CRF表格，由蒋天婧、杨晨统一录入和分析； 4.建立临床EDC系统，双人录入并核查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. a fixed information collection team composed of graduate students takes eye images, demographic data and four diagnosis information in a fixed-point way, collects the four diagnosis information according to CRF table, and fills in the PRO scale of TCM liver disease by the patients themselves under the guidance of the collection team. 2. Physical and chemical examination: Record liver and kidney function, blood lipid, blood sugar, MRI PDFF, Fibrotouch and other actual measured values. 3. All clinical data were entered into CRF form, which was entered and analyzed by Jiang Tianjing and Yang Chen. 4. Establish a clinical EDC system, which is entered and checked by two people.
