研究目的：

探讨揿针联合地塞米松、单独地塞米松、单独揿针在预防腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后恶心呕吐方面的疗效差异,找出最佳的预防腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者术后恶心呕吐和促进肠功能恢复的治疗方案,为临床实践提供依据,提高患者的术后生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the difference in efficacy of acupuncture combined with dexamethasone alone in preventing nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and to find out the best treatment plan for preventing nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and promoting intestinal function recovery in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy so as to provide evidence for clinical practice and improve patients' postoperative quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1) ASA 分级Ⅰ ~Ⅱ 级； (2) 心功能 NYHA 分级Ⅰ ~Ⅱ 级； (3) 年龄在 18~75 岁的患者； (4) 体质指数（Body Mass Index， BMI） 18.5~27.9kg/m2（依据中 国成人超重和肥胖的体重指数） ； (5) 手术方式： 腹腔镜下行胆囊切除手术； (6) 自愿签署麻醉知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA Grade I to II (2) NYHA Grade I to II (3) patients aged 18 to 75 years; (4) Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5~27.9kg/m2 (based on the body mass index of overweight and obese adults in China); (5) Surgical method: laparoscopic cholecystectomy; (6) Voluntary signing of informed consent for anesthesia.

排除标准：

(1) 全麻药物过敏； (2) 地塞米松过敏； (3) 针刺穴位有感染或破溃； (4) 凝血功能异常； (5)代谢性疾病； (6)长期使用镇静、镇痛药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) general anesthesia drug allergy (2) dexamethasone allergy (3) acupuncture point infection or rupture; (4) Abnormal coagulation function; (5) Metabolic diseases; (6) Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs.
